I'm dead as fuck right now though. Also after learning of the New Bablyon attack Straz is at ends with Thaal and to a lesser extent Ganon, so he's probably not the best recruiter.

We don't really have Representatives, per se. We're literally just a bunch of guys who've decided it's better to work together than against each other. We don't even have a Leader, really.

That said, Ganondorf is in the Underverse, so he won't be able to meet with you personally. Unless you get Banished. But if any of the other guys are feeling up to it, you can work something out with them where you guys meet.
