Desert Eagle: Agent Smith's weapon of choice, as standard for all Agents of the Matrix, is the notably large Desert Eagle Chambered in .50 AE (Action Express). It can be fired as quickly as Smith can pull the trigger and the rounds travel quickly (around 450 meters per second). However, it has a small clip size, necessitating reloads after about 10 rounds of fire. Smith is well versed in the use of this weapon, so reloads take very little time for him. While Smith typically only wields a single Eagle at a time, he can fire two at once, should the need arise.
Like all of Smith's weaponry, he does not actually carry the Desert Eagle on himself. Instead, he has the ability to convert his surroundings into what he needs. For example, by injecting his code into a small stone, he can convert it into a fully-loaded Desert Eagle, or two additional magazines of ammunition. This change takes a few seconds to complete and anything Smith alters with this ability reverts back to its usual appearance if it leaves close proximity with him

She uses them by throwing them at her enemy (or whatever she wanted to blow up), the bombs will either blow up instantly or she could have time timed to blow up. Example Harley throws a rubber ducky at a group of thugs one of them picks them up in confusion and then bam, bomb goes off. The bomb is meant to be as destructive (blast radius ecg) as one stick of dynamite per duck. These bombs are most effective when they hit in direct/close combat of target.

Sonny concentrates for three seconds from a standstill, gathering sunlight within his body. During this time, his usual dim glow slowly brightens, reaching maximum illumination when he finishes charging. At this point he is able to start moving around and even fight. He burns bright enough during this spell, that it is difficult, but not impossible, to look directly at him. Along with this light, he radiates a heat that makes it uncomfortable to be near him, but doesn't burn, even upon contact. Sonny can maintain this spell for as long as he has energy, but after five seconds, it starts becoming more taxing to hold, and the longer he casts it, the more inefficient it becomes.
When he's done, the light snaps off instantly, messing with people's eyesight. For five seconds afterward, everyone's vision is slightly hindered as their eyes adjust to normal light. The radiant heat takes the same amount of time to cool down.
This spell renders Sonny dizzy for about fifteen seconds afterwards as he recovers from mild heat stroke.

Blast From the Past (requires Telepathy, requires Ranged Proficiency, requires Debuff Proficiency.) (600 OM)
Arguably one of Ballad's most powerful moves in his arsenal. During combat, Ballad will force himself to lower his defenses to a sizable degree, leaving him vulnerable to attack so he can concentrate. During this time, he is staring at his opponent, his eyes slowly turning white during the process. Eventually, after around seven seconds passed, he blinks, then proceeds to say something related to their past, catching the opponent off guard and allowing Ballad to counter attack.
The pros of the move is that, if successful, the move can cause the person it is used against to possibly feel shocked and uncertain, hurting their ability to fight significantly. It also applies a "image assault" ability, where any time Ballad ends up mentioning the memory in question, it flashes in the person's mind, which further distracts them and gives Ballad a bigger advantage. This, however, only lasts for around thirty seconds, and the effect stops working after those thirty seconds have passed.
The cons, however, severely outweigh the pros. For starters, he is heavily vulnerable during the seven second process, which can severely injure him if not used properly. Also, Primes with a TEC equal to his own can block it effectively with by concentrating, which can result in the move being a lot less effective than if their TEC was lower. Primes with a HIGHER TEC are completely immune to the move, and the effects of the above mentioned move are instead applied to him.

This makes it so the effects can basically be avoided unless someone is within five meters of him. Any further, and they just have to remember not to look at the sun.

Blast From the Past — I'm confused about how this is applied....and kind of what it does. Ballad says "something related to the past", but....what does that even mean? Apologies if I'm just being slow and not catching something obvious here. Also, who is it marked as costing 600? The cons are also a bit awkwardly-worded. If the enemy's TEC is equal to or higher than his own they can block and lower its effectiveness, but if their TEC is higher...they're completely immune to it? Explain? :psy:
"Something related to the past" is more or less exactly what it says on the tin. He pulls up a memory of a past event of theirs and causes them to reexperience it.
I marked it as costing 600 due to it being a move that can deal debuffs overtime with the "image assault" part of it. This "image assault" is more or less tied to the reexperience thing, where if he says something, they'll reexperience the event so he could gain an advantage. That part of it in question only lasts thirty seconds, and any other mention of it afterwards won't do anything.
Looking at it, it probably doesn't cost 600, though I'll let you decide on that.
Last part was bad wording on my part.
With all that in mind, it all should be good. Approved at 300 OM.
ATK: +1 [4]
DEF: +1 [3]

TEC: +2 [5]
A gift given to Trixie by Sia from her personal collection of lost or stolen artifacts, the Exosuit itself is manifested in the shape of a square backpack that fits snugly to the small of Beatrix's back when attached to her ARC Trooper armor. The backpack contains two large vials of liquid Omnilium controlled by a highly advanced combat microprocessor codenamed Tallgeese. When activated the Omnilium 'tanks' purge from four vents located on the top and bottom of the pack releasing the stored OM. The microprocessor seizes control and forms the exoskeleton out of the raw Omnilium on top of whatever Trixie is currently wearing. While inside the Exoskeleton, Trixie has access to the Tallgeese Integrated HUD. This advanced system provides her with communications, information databanks, dataverse access, and target tracking systems to keep her apprised of everything on the battlefield. While the armor isn't indestructible it is self healing; the Tallgeese microprocessor has access to regenerative nanobots that keep the armor in functioning condition within reason. If too much damage is taken, and the system cannot keep up with the repair process, it becomes overloaded and shuts down.
Side Note: Just in case you're wondering. I tailored the description off of Powers and Items that Trixie currently has.

Bene Gesserit Voice (300 OM)
By altering the tonal qualities of the voice, Paul can greatly influence others. This can only be used on characters who have a TEC score lower than or equal to Paul's. Voice can only be used for simple commands in combat, such as temporarily staying the hand of an opponent for a moment. It has diminishing returns and after a command or two the opponent will no longer be susceptible to it (conciser Paul's TEC 1 lower each time he uses it against the same opponent within the same thread/24 hours). It cannot be used to cause the user to harm themselves, directly control them ("walk over there and do 5 jumping jacks"), or effect them for more than a dozen seconds at best. It can be used to delay actions, make creatures already willing to take the suggested action do so ("You should kill him first. I'm much less a threat"), or if used subtlety nudge an opponent towards a course of action.
Thoughts?
Interesting deal you got here. I think It should be good to go... You'd need Telepathy for it; Debuff Proficiency, as well. And just as a note, due to the nature of those wacky ol' Omniphysics, it would only be able to effect people Paul can see or sense if you pick up Enhanced Senses. Aside from that...a few more details about how long/to what extent he can effect people and you'll be good to go.
Hmm... ok. Paul has Foresight rather than enhanced senses and that's what is linked to the power rather than telepathy. I'd be willing to pick it up. I know I've got to pick up debuff for it.

Stolen off of Jessica's first Omniverse pal, Trey the Stormtrooper, the E-11 Blaster Rifle is the standard issue armament for most servants of Coruscant's evil Empire. Manufactured by BlasTech Industries, this weapon normally has two modes (lethal and stun) but due to the damage it endured during the original fight between Jessica and Trey, it only retains its lethal mode at the current time. It has automatic fire, but the laser blasts themselves are not powerful enough to kill a person on the impact of just one. It would require several hits to successfully down an enemy. It is also deceptively hard to aim.

Due to the chaotic nature of the energy present in his own body Lightbringer can only exist for a few fleeting moments before shattering into metallic shards and reverting to its crystalline form. Strazio can usually only deliver a single devastating punch with this weapon before it breaks down. Once Deadpool chucks the bomb, it explodes upon contact, creating a 10 meter blast radius.
Always Wear Protection, Kids (Tier 2 Defensive Super)
Deadpool forces his skin cells to replicate rapidly, coating his body with a strong layer of protection.
Need Area Shield Proficiency for the second one, just for note-work. But good to go for both.
Smith:
Smith Wrote:Desert Eagle: Agent Smith's weapon of choice, as standard for all Agents of the Matrix, is the notably large Desert Eagle Chambered in .50 AE (Action Express). It can be fired as quickly as Smith can pull the trigger and the rounds travel quickly (around 450 meters per second). However, it has a small clip size, necessitating reloads after about 10 rounds of fire and it's effective accurate range is only about 50 meters. The rounds may travel quite some distance further than this (about 200 meters), but will be largely ineffective. Smith is well versed in the use of this weapon, so reloads take very little time for him. While Smith typically only wields a single Eagle at a time, he can utilize one in each hand, if necessary.
Updated with an effective range.
This change takes a few seconds to complete and anything Smith alters with this ability reverts back to its usual appearance if it leaves close proximity with him.
Good to go, hombre.
Trixie:
Trixie Wrote:Combat Exoskeleton "Tallgeese" - Tier 1 Transformation
ATK: +1 [4]
DEF: +1 [3]
SPD: +1 [3]
Nifty. Good to go.
I honestly thought I said 6. Anyway, about 30 meters, to keep with realism.
Quickly bumping this.
Good to go.
Paul:

Paul Atreides Wrote:So I am not sure how to create this, I assume it would be a move however.
Paul has "Voice". Think of it as a "these are not the droids you are looking for" kind of thing, though a bit more forceful. I was thinking of something like this?
I did have "It cannot be used to cause the user to harm themselves, directly control them ("walk over there and do 5 jumping jacks"), or effect them for more than a dozen seconds at best. It can be used to delay actions, make creatures already willing to take the suggested action do so ("You should kill him first. Foresight only warns you of incoming danger. Enhanced Senses is just quite what it says on the tin, you just kinda know where things are all the time, unless someone's got suppression or stealth to counter act it. And Telepathy is a standard for mind-affecting moves.
And yes, right. Somehow I completely had a brainfart on those things. Should be good with all that in mind, with the required stuff. Good to go, mate.
am sorry mouse man pls forgive for breaking thread :froggonk:
And yeah, move'd still be plenty good at 30 seconds.
Jessica Jones:
Jessica Jones Wrote:E-11 Blaster Rifle (300 OM)
(Requires Ranged Proficiency)
Gonna need the usual info there, friend. Rate of fire, effective range, clip size, and reload time.
Strazio:
Strazio Rockwell Wrote:Lightbringer (300) Requires Physical Strength
Given to Strazio by the Black Order this innocence weapon takes the form of a small white gemstone embedded in his right palm. When he channels energy into the weapon, plates of silver and blue metal form around his fist to create a gauntlet. The gauntlet crackles with a light blue aura and covers his fist up to the wrist. Due to the chaotic nature of the energy present in his own body Lightbringer can only exist for a few fleeting moments before shattering into metallic shards and reverting to its crystalline form. Strazio can usually only deliver a single devastating punch with this weapon before it breaks down. Due to the dissonance between his own magick and the innocence weapon it sears the flesh on his fist while it is active. This attack can only be used every 30 seconds and each time it is more difficult to control and manifest.
Nifty stuff. Just give a mention of how long it takes to actually channel the energy to form the gautlet and you's good.
Deanmon:
Dean Winchester Wrote:Tier 1 Powered-Up Form – 15 stats total – 1 SP per post –1000 OM
Deanmon Rising
Dean channels all of his anger and demonic energy and in doing so temporarily changes his form. His skin cracks with an eerie webbed patter as black smoke seems to continually leak out of the fissures in his skin. His fingers, arms, and legs all elongate and looks eerily inhuman, and black horns sprout from his forehead though they seem to be completely made out of the same black smoke that ooze from his body. His teeth turn into jagged animal like monstrosities and torn black like wings tear through the skin of his back, too damaged to really be of any use other then as decoration.

Hellfire Explosions: (300 Om) (Requires Area Attack)
Focusing his demonic energy Dean causes an explosion of magical red and black flame, it starts at his location and moves out in a dome that covers a 50 foot (Aprox 15 meters) diameter.
Deanmon Rising — Terrifying. Also approved.
Hellfire Explosion — Just throwing this out there, but seems like this would be better as a super move. Regardless, need the charge time for this.
