Broly Wrote:Green Orb (Ranged Proficiency) - 300 OM

Winding up his closed fist Broly summons a bright and translucent neon green energy to his palm over a few seconds. The size of the orb is adjusted based on how much Broly wants to open his hand, ranging from the size of a golf ball to the size of a softball. This ability is ambidextrous and can be used from either hand, but only one at a time. The explosive capability of Green Orb is average; it's meant to be a low cost low damage attack. The summoned energy is meant to be thrown not held and will dissipate if not used. Once released the first thing it hits will detonate the orb, unleashing it's payload. Effective range is about forty yards with the attack petering out and dissipating shortly after forty five yards.

@Gilgamesh: I'm inclined to disagree that a fragmentation grenade could shatter concrete, but you're the boss. The size of the orb is cosmetic. Changed up the description as per your request.

Re: Official Move Approval III - Amaterasu - 01-25-2016

Super Move T1 - Celestial Brush: Power Slash - 600, Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency

Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world before her into her canvas. She draws a horizontal straight line into the air and/or onto an object or being, saying "kiru" (japanese verb, meaning "cut") as she does. After a brief delay, an invisible sword delivers a huge slash up to ten meters beyond where the ink was drawn, on the side opposite of Amaterasu's (thus if Amaterasu stood on the left and drew the line in the middle, the slash would happen on the right). The slash can hit multiple objects and people if they are caught in its effect.
For around one second, the kanji 斬 (zan, meaning "beheading", "murder" or "kill") also appears in the air above Amaterasu as the slash happens, this is a cosmetic effect that does not influence the move itself.

Celestial Brush: Galestorm - 300, requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency

Amaterasu uses the magic brush that is at the end of her hair, turning the very world before her into her canvas. She draws a "wind" symbol (this here) into the air in front of her, while saying "kaze" (japanese noun, meaning "wind"). This creates a powerful wind of around 3 meters wide and 2,5 meters tall, that horizontally blows from behind her in the direction she is currently facing. Small, light objects and projectiles caught in the wind can be blown away by this.
Other beings can move through the wind, but it takes a great deal of effort to move towards Amaterasu. Someone with less defense than Amaterasu's attack stat can only move at a fraction of that speed - for instance, if Amaterasu has 3 attack and uses this against a Prime with 2 defense, they would be able to move at roughly 2/3rds of their normal speed, without considering Super Speed, Burst Movement, Teleportation etc. However, if their defense is equal or superior to Amaterasu's attack stat they can move towards her against the wind, though it still takes some effort to do so.
Amaterasu must focus entirely on using Galestorm and has to stand still as long as she continues to channel it. The maximum duration that she can cast Galestorm for is ~8 seconds. It drains a small amount of energy which rapidly accumulates if used continuously or for many times in succession, using it for its maximum duration without break would leave her physically exhausted and needing to catch her breath for a bit.
For around one second, the kanji 風 (kaze, wind) appears also appears in the air above Amaterasu as she begins casting Galestorm, this is a cosmetic effect that does not influence the move itself.

Note: Just to be clear as the two moves are similar in their name and with some parts of the description. Celestial Brush: Galestorm is not a Super Move, just a normal one.

Re: Official Move Approval III - Mickey Mouse - 01-25-2016

Hi,

Blue Kingdom Hearts (Tier 2 Defensive Super Move): In addition to the Yellow Kingdom Hearts created by Organization XIII, Mickey and his master, Yen Sid, also attempted to create a replica of the original Kingdom Hearts, which the mouse has also learned to harness the energy of. In order to activate this move, Mickey draws a heart in the air with the tip of his Keyblade; any projectile that passes through the heart is absorbed by the Keyblade, and then, after being charged to its maximum potential -- a process which takes about three average-damage projectiles -- Mickey slams the Keyblade into the ground. The ground on either side of the Keyblade's tip begins to crack, and out of that crack a huge wall of blue energy erupts forth, defending Mickey and anyone else behind it. The wall is approximately ten meters long, five meters on either side of Mickey, and about five meters high. It is completely opaque, so Mickey and his allies cannot see what the enemy is doing on the other side; the barrier appears, blocks an attack of with equal or lower strength than the shield itself (so a Tier 2 Super Attack or lower) and then shatters.

How long are they blinded for? And maybe instead of Cooldown do a charge time?

Overdrive Block: Tier One Defensive Super (600 OM, requires Physical Strength)

Jupiter kicks his machine parts into overdrive, using his sword to block attacks that are way stronger than usual. While this can save him from attacks that he usually would get gravely injured by, this takes a lot out of him due to the strain on his machinery, which could, in theory, blow his circuits offline if used too much.

It may also cut into the environment such as a wall, a tree or a rock, leaving slash marks and possibly even cut them in half, however they will just harmlessly drop to the ground, never hitting Amaterasu's opponents or herself. Why not? Because Omniverse logic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'll change the bolded parts to bring the move down to 600 then. Hope it works out!
If the fluff about cutting environmental objects is too strong, I'd suggest this alternative (again, only the bolded parts are different):

Natural Claws- Dark Jak's claws are long black nails that are very sharp. See picture: [Image: latest?cb=20100704220942]

The stun lasts as long as Jak can keep in his dark form. His stun doesn't effect from a long distance, but it can stun the person from close up unless they are fast enough to avoid the stun effect.

Tier 1 Super Move- Dark Bomb- (Requires Physical Strength, Slam, Area Attack Proficiency) 300 OM- Dark Jak jumps up in the air and aims his fist toward the ground, causing a shockwave of dark eco to spread across the ground, pushing back an enemy about 15 feet. It takes Dark Jak about a few seconds to jump and hit the ground.

(I'm changing this to a super move for Jak)

Re: Official Move Approval III - Nimo Sever - 01-27-2016

Hands of the Sculptor (Refined)
Type: Utility, Offense, Defense
Requirements: Physical Proficiency, Ranged Proficiency
Description: The Hands of the Sculptor allows Nimo to manipulate any non-Prime-generated matter as if it were soft clay. Using his hands, he is capable of fabricating a variety of different objects, though at the cost of individual weakness. Items generated do not fair well in direct combat, and are often drastically weaker than even an identical weapon. However, what it lacks in power it makes up for in versatility and the ease of creation. Another downside, however, is that the bond between Nimo and the objects he fabricates in this manner deteriorate in sixty seconds. Once the bond fades, the object becomes mundane. An example is an object made of compacted dirt. After the bond fades, it will crumble. The primary use of the Hands of the Sculptor is as a utility ability, however with enough smarts it can be used as a means of defense and offense. Objects created through this ability resist further changes upon completion, including "Recharging" once the bond has faded.
Cost: 900
Forge items: 300
Variety: 300
Lasting Presence*: 300

*Objects that are stable, such as a sword crafted from stone, remain in such a shape even after the bond has faded.
Re: Official Move Approval III - Schwi Dola - 01-28-2016

I had all of these approved last I was TBG but I know times chnage.

Gatling Bazooka (Tier 1 Super Move) (Requires Ranged Proficiency) (800)

Toybox Girl warps in a huge red and black Gatling Bazooka, the weapon bigger than she is, onto her right backpack arm. The long bazooka sports an aiming screen that, held properly, sits in front of her face. She then takes aim and the Gatling Bazooka starts to rev-up and rotating its cannon. It starts firing a barrage of semi-accurate fast mini-Bazooka shells at her target. After 40 shells, the Gatling Bazooka runs out and Toybox Girldiscards the weapon which warps out. Despite its size,Toybox Girl can easily carry it and fly around with the weapon as she keeps it aimed at her enemy.

ADAPT Memory Expansion - 300 (Requires Mimic)
Toybox Girl's ADAPT system allows for long term storage of copied weapons and moves. For any moveToybox Girl has gained through Mimic, she can choose to copy it into permanent storage as long as she has the proficiencies/powers to use that move without Mimic. This storage is limited to the amount of OM spent on ADAPT Memory Expansion (300) and cannot copy moves which cost more OM than ADAPT Memory Expansion costs though it may copy multiple low cost moves whose combined cost do not exceed ADAPT Memory Expansion's cost. Moves kept through ADAPT Memory Expansion still count as Mimicked, and still have Mimicked penalties (Less skillful usage) and can be overwritten. Writing to ADAPT Memory Expansion takes some minutes to complete and will be unable to focus on other tasks until it is finished or she interrupts the process (Interruptions corrupt the memory and erase everything stored in this Memory). Sufficient bodily damage may also corrupt ADAPT Memory Expansion, especially Electricity based damage.

Protection break (Tier 1 Utility Super Move) (Requires Mimic)
Toybox Girl breaks the safety protocols on the ADAPT system in order to Mimic a visible artifact for 15 seconds.

Just popping in to let you know that Omni will need to look at this one specifically. Since shade wrote a move to copy this one, and omni felt the need to go over that and approve it himself, this will also be something that Omni will need to look at himself. He didn't do it when he did shade's because you had switched to Geno, but now that you are back to TBG, he will most likely want to review this himself.

Building on her original research, Ururu has found a way to harness the power of the Shroud of the Human Sacrifice technique and use it to amplify the effects that emotion and adrenalin have on chakra production. The result is a short heightened state of enhanced power and speed that is ideal for the melee pummeling a foe or foes within range of Ururu’s movements. These attacks come in rapid combo like succession but only within a very small window of time that is a handful of seconds. However as with the Shroud of the Human Sacrifice, the shape and glow of the chakra cloak may continue for some time even if its effects do not.

Wrath of the Human Sacrifice
Cost: 1000 Om
Requires: Tier I Transformation
Combining the achievements of Shroud and Brutality of the Human Sacrifice, Ururu has managed to lengthen the duration of the chakra cloak’s effects into a full transformation enabling her to use it for less specifically than the techniques it’s derived from. The cost however is that the process of converting raw chakra into the fuel of the cloak is irreversible and any power generated during the transformation is lost when the technique ends. Like Brutality and Shroud, the glow and shape of the chakra cloak remain even if the effects are no longer active.
