Moves:
Bound in Chains: 600 OM
ranged, remote control, physical, area attack profs, debuff prof
Buried inside both of Kratos’ forearms are iron chains, they often flame when they accumulate speed and the smoldering chains are whipped with such force that it slams into an enemy with enormous power and force. These chains can range up to 10-15 feet.
They can cause him pain whenever he uses them, move somewhat slowly through the air, and take at least 3 seconds for them to recoil in order to be issued again (revolve in the air, accumulate speed and fire).
Debuff Chains: Same move, same chains, but when an item or player is near, they can be bound by the chains, which will immobilize the player until they have struck the chains with a heavy force (at one specific link in order to break the chains) or be immobilized for 15 seconds. The chains will burn into their flesh because of the heat, but I only see it doing surface damage.
God Slaying Blades: 600 OM
Physical, debuff
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ibfkacdW_x8/maxresdefault.jpg
Two dual blades replace the chains in his hands, they are pretty wide and resemble curve shaped clevers, and they are often covered in flames, from the fury and anger of the spartan who fights with unquenchable anger. Kratos uses these blades often in rapid succession and this is a more agile move for him. He need not stop and aim one blade, but rather both motions dance together and allow for a speedy, precise attack. The 600 is priced because the flames can leap off the blades and catch fire on an enemy’s clothes, as well as just inflict extra fire damage.
Leviathan Axe: 600 OM
homing, ranged
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/iJLUFFYd-pM/maxresdefault.jpg
Kratos aims for 5 seconds, whips back his stone axe, and releases it in a boomerang-fashion, it swirls and twirls in the air as though tracing the source of its target and finally lands at the targeted being/item, blade first.
This blade also returns to Kratos’ hands on command (much like Thor!) after at least 10 seconds of waiting.
Super moves: T1: Lightning of Zeus 600 OM (ranged, debuff)
Lightning of Zeus requires striking precision (or uses a means around this/ conductible) Kratos readies the power in his hand, charging and immersing himself with the fury and power of Zeus, feels the static suck from the air and then, as his hand glows a crystallized blue, and branches of electricity crawl up his chained arm.
Kratos gets in a good stance to throw his ray of lightning and it is lobbed through the air at an enemy, shocking them with painful, raw power lasting for 3-5 forceful seconds. It may take a few more seconds for the enemy to recover full control of their body/motor functions.
Transformations: Kratos becomes engulfed in flames of war, (imagery could allude to anger, but also the fiery death he cursed his family to). T1 transformation - Spartan Rage
ATK: 4 (N/A)

Bound in Chains:
>This doesn't need area attack, as far as I can see. You're just swinging chains around.
>How durable are the chains? How hard are they to break? Since that's the main way of escaping being bound.
>Can Kratos do anything else while someone is restrained by his chains?
God Slaying Blades:
>If the blades are always burning and doing fire damage, this would only cost 300 OM (since it's not variable - it just does 2 things at once, hit and burn)
>How big are the swords?
Leviathan Axe:
>How big is the axe?
>How fast does the axe travel? (Or just, usual throw object speed?)
>Having your thrown axe return to your hand won't cost you another 300 OM, I'd say. Unless you plan to hit people with it as it returns or something.
Lightning of Zeus: Approved.
Spartan Rage: This T1 power-up is approved (and costs 1000 OM), but note that the war flames he's coated in won't damage anyone unless you get a move for them or something like that.

By means of the ring he wears he is capable of using the fist in two different ways. - Physical: The Fist will be used by him to deliver an upper cut to an opponent. This takes 5 seconds to charge up before he can perform. When this is being done he can use other moves, and can move around. However, he cannot use other moves that involve the Oan Power Ring. This is moderately exhausting, akin to a light work out. The fist could be broken easily.
- Fist Missile: A missile version of the Fist. This travels at the speed of an arrow. Takes him about 10 seconds to create the Fist Missile with his ring. The missile can be controlled by Jack remotely, and materializes out of the ring. The missile does a high amount of damage when it impacts with an opponent. The missile could be broken easily. This appears about 1 foot away from his hand before rocketing towards an opponent. When he is using this he cannot use other moves that involve the Oan Power Ring. He is free to move around or use other weapons, other than the Oan Power Ring, or moves that are not connected.

Bound in Chains:
>This doesn't need area attack, as far as I can see. You're just swinging chains around.
It could hit anyone tho!
>How durable are the chains? How hard are they to break? Since that's the main way of escaping being bound.
Pretty durable since they are from the gods, but in order to escape bound, they'd just need to charge all of their attack at one link.
>Can Kratos do anything else while someone is restrained by his chains?
Yes, but the hand that the chains are bound (since he has two) will be immobilized while he is holding someone
God Slaying Blades:
>If the blades are always burning and doing fire damage, this would only cost 300 OM (since it's not variable - it just does 2 things at once, hit and burn) ok
>How big are the swords?
4 feet each approx, around half a foot wide.
Leviathan Axe:
>How big is the axe?
GOOD QUESTION, about the size of his arm for the handle, the axe blade part is about the size of a grown man's face. (Kratos's face)
>How fast does the axe travel? (Or just, usual throw object speed?) Usual speed
>Having your thrown axe return to your hand won't cost you another 300 OM, I'd say. Unless you plan to hit people with it as it returns or something.
I would like that to be an option, to have it tear through people /rebound through people.
Lightning of Zeus: Approved.
Spartan Rage: This T1 power-up is approved (and costs 1000 OM), but note that the war flames he's coated in won't damage anyone unless you get a move for them or something like that. Nah its just for effect

In that case, I think 15 seconds to keep someone trapped is a bit too long, since you're doing some damage to people (with the burning), and it'd probably be hard for them to charge an attack to break out quick-ish if they can't really use their arms. Since my concern here is you wrapping the chains around someone and attacking them while they're defenceless in addition to them taking the burning damage.

I'd rather have some actual numbers here. Maybe 2.5ft for the handle and the axe head extending 6 inches or so from the handle?

Just add something into the move to say it can hit people as it's returning. Tearing through people probably isn't going to happen outside of fighting NPCs and as a finisher move though - obviously. But having it fly back towards you and hit someone on the way is fine.

Understand that your charge times are mostly meaningless and will result in fairly weak moves as you can do basically anything else while charging them. The main points of most charge times are "I do X seconds of damage/effects at once" and "I had to leave myself open for a while to execute this, so this attack will be stronger". Anyway:
>Give a specific size, "mini van" is not good enough because minivans vary in size by quite a bit. Also, that's pretty big for a fist, firing it would look silly, and getting it low enough to uppercut someone would be near impossible.
>Physical: At the start of the move, it's phrased like a single-use fist that just uppercuts someone. Later, you write it like it's a melee weapon. Which is it?
>Fist Missile: This bit is fine.

You forgot to add in the size of the larger plasma projectile. I think you said finger sized for the normal shots and fist-sized for the large one?

RE: Move Approval V - Gildarts - 06-02-2018
300 Bow of Apollo
Ranged, homing
A bow appearing out of seemingly wind forms in Krato’s hands, it is clear and invisible, save a small bit of shape where the curved wood would be. Kratos uses this for far off, precise ranged attacks or as a useful utility (arrow aimed at a chain or something). It takes 2 seconds to “aim,” and is a relatively weak attack, it functions as any other bow and has a max range of 200 m, though the aim would take twice as long past 100.
300 OM Medusa’s Gaze
Homing, ranged, debuff
This attack was granted to Kratos when he beheaded medusa, now he has inherited the power to turn other’s to stone but only for a short period of time. As a fellow once-God, he is immune to its spellbinding effects, so he holds the head out, serpents for hair crawling from Medusa’s skull, and the first target who is caught looking for more than 3 seconds will find his body will slowly turn to stone. Starting with hands and feet. When the target looks away, it will take 10 seconds for his appendages to return to normal, though he might feel a bit of sand pricking between his toes.
When holding the head out (glowing jade green) Kratos must stand motionless in order for the effects to be fully effective.
-this move, as it is, will not freeze anyone’s body completely, stopping at the knees and elbows. Unless used with permission for dramatic effect. It is magic, so, it wears off fairly quickly, and if someone were to have an appendage/ body part shattered, when it turned back to flesh, the flesh would have shattered/ chipped off as though stone.
Sun shield 600 OM
physical
A circular shield about 4ft wide given to Kratos by the Gods in order to reflect back a charge at an enemy, 50% of the blast/weapon’s force will get absorbed by the shield and 50% bounces back to the enemy who attacked/same direction. If it is a melee weapon that has been used at the shield (such as a sword) it would simply bounce back at the enemy with a similar force, if the enemy had good reflexes or strength, they could slow down their unmanned weapon and stop it from hitting themselves.

Ranged, area attack
Using Kratos’ chains in a helicopter motion, they blaze with a tremendous godly fire, and slash down anything within a ten ft radius, their twirl never faltering despite how many times they whip an opponent. This will last up to 30 seconds, or someone can easily dodge or get out of the way.

Chanting, ominous and somber, begins to haunt the battlefield. A ghostly sphere of molding shapes glows, surrounding the spartan. The spirits of his fallen spartan warriors form in the shape of a great phalanx surrounding the spartan at a 10 ft radius and lasts for the duration of another super attack, or maxes out at 30 seconds. This defense can shield another who may be behind or beside the spartan, but not directly in front.
(imagine a hollow turtle shell, made out of ancient grecian spears).
In order for Kratos to be under protection of this spiritual shield, Kratos must not attack while it is forming, or during the bombardment of attack.

Bow of Apollo: Approved Edit: Can you explain why this has homing? As far as I can see, it doesn't need it (since the arrows don't home in). So this is approved without homing prof unless I'm missing something.
Medusa’s Gaze: Approved.
Sun shield:
>This needs area defence (as the shield is larger than 3ft in diameter)
"50% of the blast/weapon’s force will get absorbed by the shield and 50% bounces back to the enemy who attacked/same direction"
>This part needs a drawback, maybe having to charge up the shield to give it the ability to reflect things, and focus on it or something.
God of War: Your T2 power-up is approved.
Cyclone of Chaos: T2 super attack is approved.

I put homing on that because I thought it could make the arrows hit a moving target easier.
Medusa’s Gaze: Approved.
Sun shield:
>This needs area defence (as the shield is larger than 3ft in diameter) got it!
"50% of the blast/weapon’s force will get absorbed by the shield and 50% bounces back to the enemy who attacked/same direction"
>This part needs a drawback, maybe having to charge up the shield to give it the ability to reflect things, and focus on it or something.
Taking half off the power and absorbing it was supposed to be the drawback, but I'll add that it takes 5 seconds to rebound off.
God of War: Your T2 power-up is approved.
Cyclone of Chaos: T2 super attack is approved.
Army of Sparta: Add a comment about how a T2 or higher super attack can break through, then it'll be approved.
-A T2 super attack can break through this supermove.

That can just be achieved by having a good TEC. Homing won't improve your aim, but it can make your arrows curve or fly directly towards someone without you aiming the attack. If you want to do, then add something into the move to specify that.

At the moment, the shield would be protecting Kratos completely from attacks and reflecting stuff. So, absorbing it isn't really a drawback - it's just making the reflected attacks weaker.

Is this OK?
Vines (requires Ranged Proficiency) – 300 OM
Asriel summons 8 vines at once that punch the enemy into submission. Each vine has a hand covered by a red glove on its front end that it uses for punching. The vines come out of a portal with a 3-foot diameter that Asriel summons in front of him. The portal cannot be summoned anywhere else other than
directly in front of Asriel. The vines and the portal point in the same direction, as the vines cannot curve. The vines extend up to 10 feet long and multiple foes can be caught in the 3-foot diameter area of effect. The combined damage of the vines are minimal, being only equal to a strong punch.

>How long does it take to summon the vines?
>How fast do the vines move? Punching speed? Arrow speed?
>How long do the vines last? Until they do one punch each? A few seconds? As long as Asriel wants?
RE: Move Approval V - Link - 06-03-2018
Paraglider - 300 OM
A simple Paraglider that Link can summon, to help with descending from great heights. If he hits an updraft, the Paraglider carries him into the air, keeping him aloft. Air currents are required to keep him aloft, otherwise he floats to the ground, slowly. Piercing the cloth of the glider disrupts his descent and destroys it. It measures 2x2 foot.

If you want to be able to fly indefinitely like that, even if you need "air currents" that will require the flight power.

So, how do I go about this to NOT require flight? It's literally just a slow fall. If he hits and updraft it pushes him upwards for a couple meters and then he continues the descent.

If it only lets him fall slowly, and can't head "up" or anything like that, then you won't need flight. But if you want to be able to catch air currents and stay flying indefinitely - or even gain some altitude - then it will need flight (and with the flight power, I'd consider this a fodder move and give it to you for free).
