Magus' Scythe Requires Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, 600 OM

The blade known as "Doom" is one of the most terrifying symbols of pain and suffering the people of Guardia. The scythe stands about seven feet long and ends in a long, curved steel blade.

Infused with a portion of Magus' magic, it can be summoned or dismissed in a puff of black and people smoke, and cast blade-shaped shadows as projectiles.

The shadow blades travel a maximum of thirty feet before fading away. It these blades can be cast as quickly as bandit can swing the massive weapon, which usually means no more than one every second.

In the moments where the user foresees an attack, with this jutsu they are able to substitute their body with a decoy that has undergone transformation jutsu to look exactly like them. The decoy takes the damage instead. The decoy is usually made of, but not limited to, wooden logs (Any inanimate object will do). This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to their advantage. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

The artifact Sasuke won from Dante’s Abyss doesn’t even need to be active in order to be formidable weapon. Though it lacks the electric might in its passive form, it still has the harsh bite of sharp steal. Best used for piercing and slashing, the blade adequately fits the guile and speed of Sasuke Uchiha. With a black scabbard and matching hilt, it was known to be a larger size than a normal chokutō.

I'm not certain on prices or power/proficiency prerequisites, but I think I am in the right ballpark. Let me know what needs changing. Oh, and I want to make my Substitution Jutsu to be a Super Defense as well as a regular move!

Just detail checking and pointing out the obvious, here, as I am good at doing.

For Explosive Tag, how many can he set at a time? You say it's taxing to set off more than a few at a time, but is there actually a limit to how many, or does it just get more and more exhausting to set/detonate more at once? For that matter, if detonating more than once, are they all detonated at once, or in sequence? Does it take longer to set them off if there are multiple tags? And one final question, is there a specific range as to how far Sasuke can be from any set tags and still be able to detonate them? If not, I would advise limiting it to within range of sight, or Enhanced Senses when/if you get that power.

Body Replacement Jutsu — For this one I'd recommend Stealth and/or Suppression, just to make the trick work better. Of course, against foes who are faster than you or have higher TEC it may not work so well, and Enhanced Senses would probably mitigate it as well, but as things stand the move is just fine. As far as making this one a Super Move as well, that would be fine, just type it up as with any other move and specify which Tier for paperwork purposes and such.

Sword of Kusanagi — Assuming those measurements are in centimeters? That's kind of an important thing to clarify. Other than that detail it looks good.

Déjà fu -- 600 OM (Requires: Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Time Manipulation)
With a second to focus, Adam can layer a single regular attack of his — a punch, or kick, or a shot from his rifle — to 'stock' and have ready. At any point within twenty seconds afterward, he can cause the effects of that attack to repeat themselves. A second impact identical to the first, in the same location, would strike at his opponent, a second shot of laser fire would suddenly blast from out of nowhere aimed at the same initial target.

Chronozap -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Time Manipulation)
A simple flick of the hand, akin to tossing a pebble or something, is all it takes to kick off this attack. It fires a small spark or bolt of distorted time, travelling with speed very similar to a bullet fired from an average handgun. It travels out to about thirty meters before losing effectiveness, and upon impact with anything with its range it releases a burst of fizzling static and rips time apart in its (very small; only a few inches) radius, both aging and de-aging the affected location at the same time. The effect is very unpleasant and painful, but not overly debilitating in and of itself. It is only the relative rapidity with which such bolts can be fired that make them dangerous at all, with Adam being able to hurl them just slightly faster than once per second, and the effects growing more intense the more that hit the same location.

Holding out one hand, Adam creates a field of distorted time, roughly thirty inches across. Sometimes, when Adam just completely loses his temper, things get a little....weird. Time in the immediate area around him, for about two meters in every direction, just flips its shit and starts lurching around, slingshotting between past, present and future, causing the ground under him to pile up, erode into a depression, revert to its normal state, and plant life to rapidly regress or advance in age, withering away and rejuvenating to its prime, walls and structures to weather and crack, restore themselves to fresh construction states, and the like. These effects are temporary and do not extend beyond the usage of this 'technique', and immediately cease when Adam gets his shit together (or gets smacked out of it), and accomplish just a little bit less than nothing, though it might be good for messing with someone's head.

Ruby Fist Tier 2 Super Attack -- 800 OM (Requires: Physical Strength)
Taking a moment to prepare, Adam's entire body is enshrouded in a red aura, and he seems to flicker as he rapidly phases in and out of sync with the 'normal' flow of time. When he is ready, he explodes into motion, making for his target with all due speed and releases a thundering volley of punches with such tremendous force and speed it fades to literally a blur of red, seeming to bombard his target with hundreds of blows in only an instant, finishing with one massive uppercut that strikes like a piledriver, knocking his opponent flying.

For the pricing of it, lessee here.... 300 for the basic application and detonating them, another 300 for setting multiple at once, another 300 for being able to set them off all at once or in sequence. So 900 all total.

Substitution Jutsu and Sword of Kusanagi are good to go at the suggested prices with those clarifications!

Deja Fu - So you're using Time Manipulation to create a second attack that is delayed and not visible?

With Punches and Kicks, would it be like a phantom fist just comes out of nowhere and attacks his opponent? Also, does this attack aim itself at Adam's opponent, or does it just aim at where his opponent was when he first activated Deja Fu? Why is this 600 (is it supposed to be a super move)?

Chronozap - It's a projectile made of time(?) that will rip into an enemy, if hit in the same spot a lot of times? How draining are these to use?

Chronophage - How long is the short pause until it can be used again?

Off the Handle - This, to me, is fine as long as the actual time distortions will not effect anyone but the environment around Adam and his opponent. Also as long as the aging and de-aging of the environment does not effect the battle in any way.

Deja Fu — Right on the money. It would indeed aim itself at where they are when the second hit kicks in. With that in mind, would it need Homing proficiency? Didn't occur to me at first. Priced it at 600 as I wasn't sure of variability of melee/ranged attacks being replayed.

Chronocap — Pretty much, yeap. Each one is about as draining as a good wound up punch; he can throw a good couple of 'em but it gets really old really fast, if that makes sense.

Chronophage — About, say....the duration of the shield itself, ten seconds or so.

Off the Handle — That was precisely the intended effect! Just a for show thing, really.

Deja Fu - So if you copied a punch, and Minato moved a meter away from where the first punch was thrown, then the second punch would activate in range of where Minato is now? Hrmm yeah, 600 seems accurate then.

Also, something I forgot, but he can only use this every 20 seconds right?

Chronophage - 10 seconds is fine. One more thing I want to clarify, can this be broken by taking too many hits before the move expires? and will a stronger hit (say a charged move) break it instantly?

Chronophage — Yeah, enough damage and it'll break before it wears off. The shield can take a fair few hits from fairly weak attacks, like from automatic weapons and the like well enough, but stronger hits will wear out the field of time quicker, like slower-firing firearms, or stronger/more focused attacks. A good charged attack would pretty much shatter it instantly, or near enough to it.

I don't know if this got approved yet so I wanted to post it again to see. If it was I sorry I did not see it.

Terra Wolf Pack Assault-600OM (Requires: Range Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency)- Jay slams his hand onto the ground causing two wolves made from the very earth four feet from his opponents feet. These wolves take 16 seconds to form. These wolves are about 3 feet tall and a foot and half long. They shoot out of the ground rushing his opponent growling and snarling. The wolves can run at 36 miles per hour.The wolves try to bite and claw at any part of the opponent they can. They are controlled by both of Jays hands leaving him vulnerable and unable to use his hands to defend himself. He must remain motionless while using this attack. The wolves are easily destroyed by hitting them three times.
Black Onix Bow Staff- 300 OM(Physical Strength Proficiency)- Made of a hard onyx from Jay's home world. The staff is light , but made of a sturdy material. It is faster than a sword but won't pack as much of a punch. The staff is about 5 ft long and as thick as a half-dollar coin.
Gale Force Wave- 600 OM(Range Proficiency )- Jay gathers strong winds around his hand or staff. He then fires off small bursts of wind by waving his hand or bow staff. It is capable of deflecting small projectiles and if used up close on an oppoenet can cause them to be blown back two feet. Being hit by the wave is like a punch. The wave is about 3 feet long and foot wide. This move takes about five seconds to charge.

The Murasame remembers all the lives it takes, and Akame accepts the judgement of all those lives she has taken. The user(Akame) raises their blade to their jugular vein where they lightly slice it open. The curse runs through their body. Most people would die from this, but if the user overcomes the curse, they are given an amazing boost to their powers. The body is covered in curse symbols and marks.

Cowboy Disguise: Six-Shooter Revolvers - 300 OM

Naruto makes use of summoning scrolls to reveal two fully loaded six-shooter revolvers (same as the re-summoning time). Both take the appearance as so:

Once out of ammo, Naruto must take 6 seconds to summon a new pair of guns. Maximum range is 90 yards, and each bullet packs the punch of a .44-40 caliber bullet. There about 2 seconds between each shot to cock the gun, during which time Naruto can use his other gun to shoot provided he doesn't have to reload that as well.

This can only be used while Naruto is in his cowboy disguise.

Somehow this got buried and I managed to overlook it. Apologies for that. Looks good now, though.

The user(Akame) raises their blade to their jugular vein where they lightly slice it open. The curse runs through their body. Most people would die from this, but if the user overcomes the curse, they are given an amazing boost to their powers. The body is covered in curse symbols and marks.

Getting more in sync with his innocence Kanda has the ability to call upon his innocence to carry him through the air. White/ blue innocence energy emerges from Kanda's back, taking the form of two wings. These wings give Kanda the ability to fly through the air. These wings cannot be cut as they consist out of innocence energy.

Tier 2 Super move ( 800 OM )
Second forbidden illusion: Heavenly wrath

Darkness fills the sky as a ball of innocence energy emerges from the dark sky and descents to the exorcist. Kanda's swords can absorb the massive energy, they will emit a bright white/blue light that breaks the darkness around him. He then drives both swords in the ground, the light vanishing. Controlling the energy thought the ground anyone can see the 8 lightning shaped cracks going through the ground on their way to the target. They are controlled by Kanda, they surround their target and all 8 beams shoot up, slowly closing in before creating a large beam shooting towards the sky, clearing the darkness above. Decending of the innocence ball takes 6 seconds excluding the sky turning black. Kanda is free to use the energy after his swords absorbed the energy, it has to be used within 1 min before the energy gets lost.

The innocence recognizes a life threatening threat and protects it user. Stigmata signs appear on both his wrists as his ankles, releasing the exorcist blood. The blood merges with the innocence energy and creates a large crystal around the exorcist, protecting him from harm. The stigmata emerges moments before an actual threat appears, but the crystal forms within a single second. It does hurt Kanda when his blood mixes with the energy but it doesn't damage him. The crystal forms itself within 2 seconds.

Stigmata weapon : Illusion : blood bow ( 300 OM )
The stigmata mark appears on his left wrist, blood mixes with innocence energy and forms a blood red Crystal longbow with a blue energy string. Kanda is able to shoot blue innocence arrows that are able to travel for 80 meters before losing speed and power. Summoning this weapon takes 3 seconds. The longbow is 1.60m long.

Tier 1 super move : Stigmata illusion : Cleansing Arrow ( 600 OM )
With his blood bow out Kanda is able to use this move. The stigmata mark appears on his right wrist as well, creating a blood red crystal arrow. The massive arrow will be shot with great speed and force, blue innocence energy thrusts the arrow forward with high speed, piercing anything on his path. And like a missile it will create a giant explosion once it is no longer moving. Creating the arrow takes 3 seconds. Aiming and firing depends on the situation. The range is 200 Meters, the huge arrow is 1 meter long.

It is capable of deflecting small projectiles and if used up close on an oppoenet can cause them to be blown back two feet. Being hit by the wave is like a punch. The wave is about 3 feet long and foot wide. This move takes about five seconds to charge.

Dragonsbane: (600) (Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency)
Dragonsbane is a powerful gunblade created by Axorn with a moderate weight. It can either be used for melee attacks or can have a sharp crystal fired from the tip which, after activated from a long period of concentration (About 7 seconds), will create an explosion of fire, thus setting fire to anything flammable within it's 3cm radius before the crystal disintegrates. The sword can only hold 12 crystals at a time, and has a large recoil, forcing the user to plant their feet before firing if they don't want to fall over.

Controlled Holy Fire (600) (Requires Ranged Proficiency, Telepathy, Remote Control Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency): Axorn breathes out a 3 inch diameter flamethrower-like blast of fire which can be changed to any temperature at which a fire is possible and, if the victim is willing, purify them, clearing all dark thoughts from the person and leave them with a clear conscience. Dark thoughts can still return to the person's mind although they take longer to manifest themselves. Axorn can, at the end of a battle that he has won, use this, if the person is willing, to give them a second chance. This coincidentally, always has an effect on Axorn, keeping his mind clear of dark thoughts and protecting him from corruption. If the fire is not in a "Cool Flame" state, it will set fire to anything flammable, inflicting it with a burn.

Axorn creates a barrier of flame around himself that weakens the damage of foes, while also lighting himself on fire, allowing any of his attacks to create a burn on the target. The shield take roughly three seconds of concentration to manifest itself, and can be used on another character by direct contact with Axorn for a few seconds, during which Axorn is willing to grant the shield buff. The fire does not hurt the user/buffed character, but will harm their opponent. The buff lasts for about 10 seconds, after which the flames will disperse.

With a flick of the wand and the spell’s two second incantation non-verbally or verbally invoked, the user draws upon a dark, hungry cursed fire of the fiendfyre conjuration. It is a fire which burns and hums with a deep red flame that seems to struggle against its narrowly confined bonds of magic. These bonds shackle the fire into a French styled rapier with an intricately formed hand guard that surrounds the whole of the wand. Each of these black cored, red burning, swirling rune twisted guards seems to be made of living snakes. The 130cm blade itself is more normal in appearance with a center of its black core formed from weaved runes and a scale patterned along the blade’s outer surface.

The spell utilizes a decent amount of power as a kicker but once invoked once it may be dismissed and respelled quickly at little cost later on.

Natural Claws - ( Requires Dark Jak, Debuff (300 OM) In the form DARK JAK, Dark Jak's claws are sharp enough to pierce armor and Dark Jak's claws also spout dark eco electricity causing that electricity to stun an enemy as long as Jak is in his Dark form.

Dark Bomb- (Requires Physical Strength, Slam, Area Attack Proficiency) 300 OM- Dark Jak jumps up in the air and aims his fist toward the ground, causing a shockwave of dark eco to spread across the ground, pushing back an enemy about 15 feet. It takes Dark Jak about a few seconds to jump and hit the ground.

Heavenly Wrath-Yeah that's a no to being able to hold a super move for an entire minute. That seems like you could charge it a round early and then use it the next round.

Stigmata Illusion: I feel like an arrow piercing anything in its path and then exploding upon impact is slightly stronger than a tier one.

Controlled fire- So the first part is mostly RP flavor and the second part is the real move. Ok how long does it extend? Also this will be 300 OM since the first part is RP fodder.
Flame Shield- How big is the shield and this is probably going to need area defense. Also can it be used both on you and an ally?

Natural Claws- Don't say pierce armor because that again depends on your ATK and their DEF. Also describe the claws a bit more and for the stun is it passive? How long does it stun for? It's going to need some caveats if it stuns.
