Flamethrower Pistol (requires Area Attack Proficiency, requires Debuff Proficiency, requires Ranged Proficiency) - 600 OM


Unlike all the other weapons Ballad has at the moment, the Flamethrower Pistol is an entirely new weapon to his arsenal. It works by having a single piece of solid wick connected to the end of the barrel of the pistol, lighting it up when Ballad flicks his thumb against the bottom of the wick. Then, a canister similar in size to a standard rotating cylinder for normal revolvers is inserted into the side of the revolver, also similar to how one would reload a normal revolver. Then, when Ballad pulls the trigger of the revolver, an archaic hammer from within the revolver pops off the cap of the canister, letting loose a gust of air from the barrel as well as the wick within it, causing the wick to light on fire and serve as a flamethrower.

The canister has enough wind and wick to last for a total of six seconds before reloading, meaning each second must count. Thankfully, the flamethrower has several uses. The nature of the wick allows the flames to stick to surfaces, creating walls of fire that damage anyone who tries to pass them. These flames last around ten seconds unless something flammable is touched, in which case it would last around one minute. These flames are also capable of sticking to living beings like napalm, and provide damage overtime, though this only works if they are hit directly by the flames, and not from the walls of fire. The flames themselves are heavily damaging, though this is overcome by the short range of the flamethrower, with a maximum range being six feet, as well as low fuel that only lasts six seconds. The reloading time takes a total of two seconds to complement the short range and short usage, though he will be reloading a lot to make use of the flamethrower despite its damage and ability to stick to surfaces.

The growth is quick, so... 3 seconds? "Matter of seconds" Its a quick lash move.
And Dust is a contractor, requiring a price to be paid to use any of his powers, so the more extreme trasformations will require more intense or longer kiss. Which can be done before or after, but must be performed or else his brain will explode!!

Or something.. It is never explained what happened if the price is not paid in the anime.

Wait this is only used on secondaries? Why are you making it a super move? I mean you can easily make it offensive or utility if you needed. If you want something on secondaries it would just be a move.

i would try and make it less super specific and say instead like "At fist the pain is unbearable and the target loses hearing and motor functions for the next 30 seconds, however the effect slowly decays during this time." Just a suggestion.

You could also make this offensive and have it do actual damage if you wanted.

Well, it's not only for secondaries. That's the way I want to use it at first (during my next post, actually), which is why I'm buying the Area Attack Proficiency, but I'd like to be able to use it against other single PCs as well at later points (the description I wrote is when it's used on one fellow Prime, since that's how I'd use it in an official context - I imagine the effect will be much weaker on multiple targets... should I include that in the description?). Should I change it to a regular move, though? I hadn't thought of that... I'd just assumed that since it was pretty powerful and took a lot of energy, it had to be a Super Move. What do you think would be best, so I could use it both against a bunch of secondaries or a single Prime target depending on the situation? Actually, it would be nice to be able to use it on multiple Primes at once, too, come to think of it.

Yeah i mean it could be a move if only used on secondaries but this is worthy of a super move. Just one last thing. Reduce the time of the deafening by a little cause it is only a tier one and 30 seconds is quite long.

Like, charge in what way? She has to charge up her blood for it to work? Our do you mean like, an indication period?

Also, it's only from the one spot on the belly, not ALL of her blood, if that matters.

The base technique to which Ururu made her life and lies with. With a set of hand seals and building up a charge of chakra, the user conjures a number of clones ranging from one to five. The less time spent the weaker they are in comparison to the original. For a single user-equivalent clone thirty seconds are required, afterward requiring only two additional seconds for consecutive reproductions but at an exponential chakra/physical cost after the first starting at a moderate level. Additional alterations to appearance will add to the increase in time of each clone’s creation, items and apparel being the easiest, physiological changes being the most.

The user may start with a number of fully formed clones at Cost equal to their TEC.

When being directly commanded, clones share a TEC pool equal to the original that is divided evenly and rounded up between them. They can be commanded to move, attack, or defend through their Persona. This is affected directly by their distance from the user as they have a maximum range of 200 meter radius, which falls off gradually in functionality at half that distance. Even when not inherently empowered, all clones are able to communicate and observe using their hive mind like nature. Also they do not require commands to act as any secondary would, but also are limited in the same fashion in regards to combat.

Furthermore, provided the user has a clone within range, they may possess it as if it were their own by leaving their primary body prone. The process requires the difference in time equal to the initial effort of creating said clone to a maximum of 30 seconds and a minimum of 3 seconds, and an additional 2 seconds if its body does not match the original. If this effort is not undertaken the body in question will not function in a manner that is equal to their ability.

Finally, by charging an active clone within range with a special supply of chakra, 1sp for a post or 2sp for a round, the user is able to fortify the clone to be fully autonomous in combat with the following stats and matching moves.

It is a keyboard inset into a black glove that covers the entire arm, at the left long side of the rectangular keyboard is a holo-screen generator. It is worn on the left arm and dispenses small ear pieces connected to a closed frequency that is ran by the glove. Additionally, by a simple button press it renders the wearer invisible.
