Re: Official Move Approval III - Corporal Light - 12-02-2015 Flamethrower Pistol (requires Area Attack Proficiency, requires Debuff Proficiency, requires Ranged Proficiency) - 600 OM Unlike all the other weapons Ballad has at the moment, the Flamethrower Pistol is an entirely new weapon to his arsenal. It works by having a single piece of solid wick connected to the end of the barrel of the pistol, lighting it up when Ballad flicks his thumb against the bottom of the wick. Then, a canister similar in size to a standard rotating cylinder for normal revolvers is inserted into the side of the revolver, also similar to how one would reload a normal revolver. Then, when Ballad pulls the trigger of the revolver, an archaic hammer from within the revolver pops off the cap of the canister, letting loose a gust of air from the barrel as well as the wick within it, causing the wick to light on fire and serve as a flamethrower. The canister has enough wind and wick to last for a total of six seconds before reloading, meaning each second must count. Thankfully, the flamethrower has several uses. The nature of the wick allows the flames to stick to surfaces, creating walls of fire that damage anyone who tries to pass them. These flames last around ten seconds unless something flammable is touched, in which case it would last around one minute. These flames are also capable of sticking to living beings like napalm, and provide damage overtime, though this only works if they are hit directly by the flames, and not from the walls of fire. The flames themselves are heavily damaging, though this is overcome by the short range of the flamethrower, with a maximum range being six feet, as well as low fuel that only lasts six seconds. The reloading time takes a total of two seconds to complement the short range and short usage, though he will be reloading a lot to make use of the flamethrower despite its damage and ability to stick to surfaces. Re: Official Move Approval III - Tom Marvolo Riddle - 12-02-2015 Manifold [Reveraplicio] Cost: 300 Om Requires: N/A [Seponum] To Banish; [Repetos] To recall The Manifold spell allows the caster to tear and create an access into a dimensional fold of reality capable of holding and storing any number of items and then later retrieve them elsewhere as needed; even after their death and subsequent revival. Unfortunately however these pocket universes are quite fragile, and due to their metaphysical weight, any Artefacts hidden away will fall through into reality near the caster’s corpse while other items will remain protected. The Manifold's tear only expands large enough to accommodate the item being banished, summoned, or the contents being searched and no more than a meter and a half in radius. Living beings cannot be stored within a Manifold. Once she has achieved focus (she cannot be actively doing anything else during this time, even semi-automatic functions such as walking), she essentially targets the sound receptors in the brain of the target, causing incredibly loud and discordant noise to explode in their mind. It sounds as if someone hit all the keys of a piano at once right next to each of the target's ears, but even louder, and it cannot be blocked out by covering their ears, since it originates inside their head. The sound starts out powerful enough to block all traces of organized thought. From there, it fades gradually, taking about 30 seconds to peter out completely. (For the first ten seconds at least, tasks such as aiming a weapon, hearing any other noises, or communicating are virtually impossible.) As soon as the sound first goes off, Athena can once again turn her attention to other matters. After the 30 seconds, there is no lasting damage to the target. (Side note: this usually even works on deaf targets: it just depends on whether the reason for their deafness is a problem with their ears, or the nerves that transmit auditory signals to their brain.) Yeah i mean it could be a move if only used on secondaries but this is worthy of a super move. Just one last thing. Reduce the time of the deafening by a little cause it is only a tier one and 30 seconds is quite long. One for the wall coating and one for burning people with it like napalm. Edit: how long do they last on people Re: Official Move Approval III - Gilgamesh - 12-03-2015 Bandit With No Name Wrote:@Gilg: Yeah! It's mostly a flavor move. People get "really sick" and can take personal agency over what that means. If they want their faces to melt, awesome, if they want to feel a bit dizzy but otherwise fine, also cool. Could you give it a small charge time to do this instead of a natural tendency or passive. If you do that it'll be fine Re: Official Move Approval III - Bandit With No Name - 12-03-2015 Gilgamesh Wrote:Like, charge in what way? She has to charge up her blood for it to work? Re: Official Move Approval III - Gilgamesh - 12-03-2015 Thumbs up Re: Official Move Approval III - Ururu Kyuuei - 12-04-2015 Original Wrote:Twin Sacrificial Rebirth Note Wrote:Adjusted for Omni's request. Includes a range. Eliminated any chance of confusion that Personas can possibly function autonomously as an assist without SP. They can't. Never could. They are glorified secondaries. Included the 30 second minimum of time and then some. There is no way of getting around it without it weakening the technique and the clones consequently. Unlike the example of clones given in the system these require a higher level of TEC to handle much fewer bodies. This is by design.Twin Sacrificial Rebirth Cost: 2800 (900 for Attack, Defend and Movement)(300 for Possession)(300 Variable Appearance)(300 for multiple clones)(1000 for Assist) Requires: Remote Control Proficiency, Hive Mind, Shape Shifting, Assist Tier I With a set of hand seals and building up a charge of chakra, the user conjures a number of clones ranging from one to five. The less time spent the weaker they are in comparison to the original. For a single user-equivalent clone thirty seconds are required, afterward requiring only two additional seconds for consecutive reproductions but at an exponential chakra/physical cost after the first starting at a moderate level. Additional alterations to appearance will add to the increase in time of each clone’s creation, items and apparel being the easiest, physiological changes being the most. The user may start with a number of fully formed clones at Cost equal to their TEC. When being directly commanded, clones share a TEC pool equal to the original that is divided evenly and rounded up between them. They can be commanded to move, attack, or defend through their Persona. This is affected directly by their distance from the user as they have a maximum range of 200 meter radius, which falls off gradually in functionality at half that distance. Even when not inherently empowered, all clones are able to communicate and observe using their hive mind like nature. Also they do not require commands to act as any secondary would, but also are limited in the same fashion in regards to combat. Furthermore, provided the user has a clone within range, they may possess it as if it were their own by leaving their primary body prone. The process requires the difference in time equal to the initial effort of creating said clone to a maximum of 30 seconds and a minimum of 3 seconds, and an additional 2 seconds if its body does not match the original. If this effort is not undertaken the body in question will not function in a manner that is equal to their ability. Finally, by charging an active clone within range with a special supply of chakra, 1sp for a post or 2sp for a round, the user is able to fortify the clone to be fully autonomous in combat with the following stats and matching moves. Tier I ATK: 2 DEF: 0 SPD: 2 TEC: 1 Original Wrote:Immortality - Soul Transference Note Wrote:Just to be sure this is understood, this technique does not allow Ururu to take on any appearance other than her own, merely control the age of her own body and it remains identifiably her.Immortality: Soul Transference Cost: 600 Om Requires: Teleportation, Shape Shifting With this technique the user unlocks their Network Interface Seal and targets a clone within range of their control that is a replica of themselves. Furthermore the replica in question is no longer restricted in age, provided it is of the same identifiable stock. Upon doing so the user leaves behind their body and enters that of targeted vessel, such as the Twin Sacrificial Rebirth or similar. Unfortunately due to the nature of Omnilium, its interaction with chakra and this technique any current injuries the user has are reproduced upon entering into the new body. Furthermore while this technique is instantaneous, it leaves the user physically weakened for a few seconds as any chakra they carry with them is redistributed into the new body. Also the greater the age difference between the body and the previous, the longer it takes for the user to recover. The previous body is subsequently considered a clone and can be loaded with a persona as desired or left without. This transference is permanent unless it or similar is performed again.
