Nah, it's kay. Vision was made by Ultron on Earth, who was made also on Earth by the very-much-human Hank Pym. 

And just to lay it all out, he was originally created to kill the Avengers, but joined them instead, like most superheroes did back in the day. Famous for being a robot that had feelings and could fly and pass through walls. Later, he was famous for being pretty much the first major non-living character to marry (he got married to the Scarlet Witch).
