We don't have a strength score per-say. Our ATK stat covers that:
From the rules page:
Quote:ATTACK:

1: Healthy human strength.
2: Very strong for a normal human.
3: Almost unbelievably powerful. Required for near realistic-strength firearms.
4: Beyond normal human strength. Can break concrete with normal moves.
5: Overwhelmingly strong. Can mostly use firearms at normal strength.
10: Terrifyingly strong. Can pierce steel plating with normal moves.
20: Can level buildings with normal moves.
Physical Strength is the basic proficiency you need to be able to engage in Melee combat without being at a severe disadvantage.

1: can pick up a 4 year old with only a little strain
2: go toe to toe lifting with Olympic class athletes
3: you can lift an adult bull
4: can lift a sedan off the ground
5: can pick up a loaded SUV

My mistake, I said Strength but meant Attack. I was referring to this line:

Like, Yuuka has a 5 in ATK and Physical Strength. Obviously that gives her superhuman strength, but I'd like to know what the upper bound on the weight she can lift is.
But, I'll just assume it to be "Enough" for now.

Using influence for something major is probably going to require storyteller intervention or guidance.
It'd depend on the prisoner and what they did, stuff like that. So, if your writing a post to ask IC or something, seek out the storyteller OOC to decide the result.

I don't see the point. The fact that player-characters have to be registered is for the sake of base assaults more than anything else.
