Also to note: Every other XCOM game is on sale on steam right now for like, 4 dollars.

Has anyone played any of the other/older XCOM games? Are they terrible? They all seem pretty old, but I know that doesn't mean they're bad by any means.

XCOM is on sale on Steam for £3.75 and you can play it free right now until the end of the week to see if you like it. I mention it because it's one of the most-played games in my steam library and I highly recommend it if you have any interest in strategy games and campaigns that end when you fail the world and let it get taken over by aliens. Rename the soldiers after your friends and revel as they die one by one!
