You'd be correct, it should be pretty obvious. "Up to" means "as far as" or "indicating a maximum amount". So it'd be about four feet at the high end.

Is it too late for Dane to be added to the E2 fight at the end of the fight order. The addition of more people minutes before the drop (there wasn't much time to post about it) would influence his likelihood of trying to go for it.
Also, should he be added as a 3rd party, could he make alliances during the fight?

This might be a silly question, considering entering a subzone doesn't automatically trigger a fight. But just to clarify, it also doesn't pull you into an ongoing fight that is occurring in that subzone, yes?
