Doesn't have to be a move. That's what Suppression does and it's a Power.

The moment your opponent's TEC is higher than yours, the effect of suppression grows gradually weaker. For example if your opponent's TEC is very slightly higher than yours, they may be able to slightly detect you with Enhanced Senses if they are paying attention, or glean some small hint about your powers with Insight. At double your TEC, they are completely unaffected by your Suppression.

What I meant was if you could make a move that could lower a opponent's Enhanced Senses as a Debuff for a few seconds. It's for a Move I plan to get later on as Syn.

To scan people's faces despite them being hidden? Probably Insight, or Enhanced Senses. You can also ask for OOC consent though if you'd rather skip buying a power.

So with the event in the Ashen about to pick up, one of my characters will be obtaining the Dark Surge Chip which effect gives a transformation-like effect. With that active, would I be able to use my own transformation over it?

That would be a big negatory, on the double power-up maneuver.

Is laying the ground work for a move that you plan to purchase later via RP allowed, such as using a Quest to have your character lose one of his arms, and gain a mechanical one, so that when you purchase a mechanical arm type move, it's perfectly legitimate?

Yea, that's fine, just the mechanical arm won't really do anything extra for you unless you get that move.

I have a major question. So, I'll be switching to Asriel Dreemurr soon. But there's a twist. He'll be taken from just before he could break the barrier, so that means he has all of the human souls and the monster souls. In the future, he'll be able to summon the monsters as assists. However, Undyne is already here. Could there in theory, be two Undynes in the Omniverse, with one being an assist and the other being a Prime? And this question extends to all summoners as well. Could a summoner summon somebody that Omni has already chosen to be a Prime?
