That'll use Ranged Prof, which I'm certain you have anyway(?) Proto Man Wrote:It was 600 OM before, and had a charging function for more damage. I just removed that part. While the move was approved, I never actually bought it, and decided to adjust it to something slightly cheaper.Dante Wrote:Gilgamesh -Can you state how this is different and/or what you've changed? It's one thing if you're just changing something cosmetic, but if you're changing actual function, you'll have to buy a new Move. Is that okay? Proto Man Wrote:I did refund the old version, here. I realize I didn't make any posts announcing this, however, which was something of a hasty error on my part and might invalidate it...Dante Wrote:Devil Trigger -This is approved, but if you don't want the existing version, you'll have to refund it and repurchase the new version. Re: Official Move Approval III - Marcus Wright - 10-07-2015 Group Stealth (Requires Stealth, Physical Strength, area attack proficency) - Cost 300 OM Luger extends her stealth out to one or two more folks in a group allowing her and her group to get by for a distance without being seen. However, Luger must be with the group at all times for this to work. Re: Official Move Approval III - Ruby Rose - 10-07-2015 Tier 1 Super Move: Vortex Sprint (600 OM - Requires Super Speed, Burst Movement, Possibly Telekinesis?): Ruby crouches down in a position reminiscent of a track runner and charges up her Semblance; her insane speed. She takes five seconds to do so, and the power she builds up is so immense that the air around her almost seems to ripple. As her charge ends, she bolts off in the blink of an eye, rushing up to ten meters forwards. However, this is not a move made to travel distances; as Ruby rushes past objects, anything lighter than sixty kilograms will be pulled along by the 'vortex' of wind she leaves behind, sending them flying off past Ruby. Anything heavier than sixty, but lighter than one hundred and ten will be staggered, and possibly pulled a short distance along the ground. Tier 1 Power Up: Black Rounds (1000 OM): Ruby switches out her usual white Dust rounds for a magazine loaded with black Dust. The exact attributes of this Dust are unknown, but what Ruby does know is that the bullets they fire are incredibly powerful and speedy, also assisting in her tendency to propel herself using Crescent Rose. Shroud of the Human Sacrifice Cost: 600 Om Requires: Tier 1 Super Defense Through years of study and research of the ruins of the third great Shinobi War’s history, Ururu found data regarding the affinities and natures of the Bijuu. The Shroud of the Human Sacrifice is the first step in creating jinchuuriki like properties without the actual beast. The end result in this particular feat is an Absolute Defense meant to block out all forms of bodily harm for a short time with an intense well defined energy armor around their body. During this time the user appears to become slightly more bestial while their adrenaline spikes and chakra exaggerates their personality and the armor begins to reflect it in shape, including some form of tail. For some time afterward the glow and shape of this technique remains even though it loses its ability to repel damage though. If need be it can be dispelled at a whim. Chakra Walking Cost: 300 Om Requires: Physical Strength Through passive manipulation of chakra within the body, the user is able to attach or anchor themselves to surfaces as if they were normal ground such as walls, ceilings and water without suffering any loss of ability. The technique is basic enough where it costs the user little to nothing and requires no concentration to perform while still allowing them to perform other chakra intensive techniques. Re: Official Move Approval III - Sasuke Uchiha - 10-07-2015 Gildarts Wrote:Decided to add another move afterall. Please clarify this: 1) After it is summoned and it lasts 45 seconds to a minute, does Gildarts need to keep focus on it, or once summoned, is it just 'fire it and forget'? Right now I am thinking this: 600 OM, another 300 in order to do so with rock. I understand where you are coming from in that it is still basically the same attack and will do basically the same thing, however, I had to pay an additional 300 OM in order to chose between casting a fireball or a flame like that of a flamethrower, which is basically the same thing, only slightly different, much like your move. 600 because it is variable in that it can be used as a defense or an offense. *Note: I am not staff, feel free to get a second opinion. Re: Official Move Approval III - Sasuke Uchiha - 10-07-2015 Demetri Malius Wrote:Deception(300 Requires Stealth) Demetri summons an exact clone in his place as he fades and leaves the clone behind. Demetri is able to move about freely. The clone continues whatever action Demetri was in the middle of, and continues with a specified move set. This starts as soon as the clone is created, which begins with the clone dodging or defending against any immediate attacks. Once it is no longer being attacked, the clone closes in for an attack of its own. The clone has up to five seconds to do so, but can be defeated before its timer is up, as it can only withstand one solid hit. If it lands its attack, its essence disperses, causing no harm to its opponent. When the clone vanishes, Demetri's stealth then breaks, no matter his position. Any attack Demetri makes while the clone is active deactivated the clone. This move is meant to create an opening for Demetri to attack his opponent. 300 OM should cover the uses you want for this move, however, anyone with enhanced senses will not fall for the ruse unless you have suppression and the better tech. *Note: My ruling is subject to change. Re: Official Move Approval III - Minato Namikaze - 10-07-2015 Sasuke Uchiha Wrote:Gildarts Wrote:Decided to add another move afterall. Is it 45 seconds OR a minute (or somewhere in between)? 15 seconds is quite a difference in time for something to be active? Also, what Sasuke mentioned about Gild needing to focus on the move. With the whole Idea about the move being the same on land as in a body of water, My ruling on this will be no extra cost, just work it into the description that the move works the same on land as it does in water. This is subject to change though (Someone may overrule me). Sasuke's example about his Fireball/Flamethrower was a good example, but the difference between these two moves is that a fireball is a set trajectory (unless you decide to remote control it) whereas a flamethrower is a constant stream of fire that you can manually aim. In Gildarts' case the move is the same, just making use of a different medium (Although I am restricting it to only Water and Earth). 'But Minato/Cloud/Kito/Edward sempai, it'd be an earthquake!' No, I see it as a wave of earth similar to a wave of water. Not the ground opening up below people That last part wasn't necessary, but I thought it was funny. Just remember that anyone with enhanced senses will not be fooled by this (like sasuke said), until you decide to upgrade it later with suppression Re: Official Move Approval III - Minato Namikaze - 10-07-2015 Luger Wrote:Group Stealth (Requires Stealth, Physical Strength, area attack proficency) - Cost 300 OM How is she doing this? Is she creating a stealth field for a certain amount of people? People with enhanced senses will be able to sense you and know where you are (unless you decide to upgrade with suppression). For your super move, You wouldn't need super speed, I would say that Burst Movement is completely fine (as you have to build up super speed while you're moving. I'm going to say that Telekinesis will be required because other characters (like the flash) in their own Canon universe can run past people without pulling them along, and probably at speeds faster than Ruby. Shroud Of The Human Sacrifice - this would be akin to a Jinchuriki 1 and 2 tailed chakra cloak yes? Super Defenses end once they have finished their purpose, so after it has blocked whatever damage it was required to, the shroud would disappear (I quess it could be a slow fade if that's how you want to Role play it, but it's completely fodder and provides no extra protection) Chakra Walking - Back when I was Kito (My own Naruto OC with his own Awesome Doujutsu and stuff... Eventually he got swapped out and I ended up with Minato) I asked about this. I can't quite remember the answer, but I think this could be fine as a Role Play fodder move, but don't quote me on that. I would wait for Proto or another mod to review this move. Hence that last section. Chakra Walking - No problem. I would add it in, otherwise the move wouldn't have anything in it that mentions the use of suppression, and it might confuse people at some point. Adding suppression as a requirement doesn't change the move and it is still approved (with suppression) Ururu Kyuuei Wrote:Shroud of the Human Sacrifice is ApprovedMinato Namikaze Wrote:Ururu Kyuuei Wrote:Just your standard super defense tier 1 armor. When they sense that she is about to get into a fight, either when she is is about to attack or an enemy attacks her, they start loudly playing appropriate final boss battle music. This may lead in a fight up to 15 seconds, given comparison to enemy TEC if they hide their intent, however the nanobots may be triggered by Desco's expectations, creating a false positive for the music to start. When a fight concludes the Nanobots also play proper ending music, victory or defeat, for Desco's opponent. Re: Official Move Approval III - Schwi Dola - 10-07-2015 It is possible that it could Warn Desco of a sneak attack at the very beginning of battle, even from unseen threats (foresight) and in mid battle if the enemy disengage from Desco for a few minutes it may stop, having some use against Stealth based enemies. It's a very very specific situation where I may gain an advantage. 600 because of the two activations . Unless this move is making use of Enhanced senses, they will only activate if she can see/ if she knows that an enemy is going to attack her. As it stands now this move is completely fodder.
