See I had Veritas Solaris, a total OC of mine who was not in any canon universe. I have Veritas Night now. My idea of sorts was somehow the personality and memories of the prior got somehow downloaded into the latter, which will create IC drama for the character, and give me more to write. I am not sure if it would be allowed. So would it?

I personally recommend that you include that information in your character Roster but for the time being there is no hard rule/requirement beyond making sure you list them/register them and that you don't go over your NPC points total.

I tried to register a hub account by the name of Aaron like the fashionable kids, but I forgot the password
Trouble is, when I ask for a new one, it doesn't send one to the email I registered with, thought it DOES send one for Koala and Teabag. Not sure Why, because I definitely used the same email for the hub account.

Is renaming a power in your purchase log/Roster, but putting an abbrievation for what it actually is, such as ATK for a "Tractor Beam" type technology, as it were, that will be that power?

You need to use full names of the things you're purchasing in your Log for record keeping. I'd say the same goes for the first post of your Roster for clarity, but when describing the moves and such in a second or third post you're more than welcome to abbreviate and call them something different to explain what they are.
