Edit to the OP:
Writers may join as their prime, or a pre-approved Prime NPC that is the same level or lower than the account it is bound to.
I know some people like to partake in these events but, you know, have a story they're working on or some other type of issue.

Goal is 32. That's the same size as last year, I think that's doable.
Stretch goal will be 40, which would match the size of the inaugural event. At that point, I'll give everyone a little extra for their participation OM.
In the coming days, I'll post up some further pools/open discussion threads to go over specifics -- those will be in the DA Junkyard forum.
