Tails: The Super Attacks cancel each other out. In the case that one Super Attack is stronger than the other, it will simply be weakened. For example if a Tier 2 Super Attack and a Tier 1 Super Attack 'cancel each other out', then the Tier 1 Super Attack will be cancelled out, and the Tier 2 Super Attack will be reduced to a Tier 1 Super Attack Instead.

You'll need to announce whether or not you wish to counter it with your Super prior so Ash can flip a coin as needed.
