Even a few minutes afterward, Dax managing to get the bike back to the courtyard, past the guards, get Demetri on board, and escape, past the guards AGAIN, while somehow managing to avoid the wrath of Erik, Wolfe and Sasuke.
It's....not very likely.

It kind of IS a big deal, and a lot more than just a couple less points on your part.
The fallacies involved in the unexplained, unlikely and borderline illogical events that would need to take place to even allow this possibility to come up, not to mention the fact Demetri's bike doesn't have a back wheel to puncture with the throwing knife. And the unlikelihood of, even if it DID and did end up crashing, of Shay managing to cross the distance and land a hit on someone who literally already knew he was there, and in the direction the knife came from, and was literally twice as fast, even if he was dazed from the crash....
I'm sorry but I don't buy any of it. :crossedarms:

Things have slowed down due to a couple of factors:
1) Some people, like myself and Shay, also have their alts participating in a fight due to the Camelot Tournament.
2) Shay may have misread a few things and as such, had to redo their post they submitted to "The Path to New Babylon".
I apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing players who aren't also in the tournament and I ask that you please bare with us. This thread/fight is still in motion and should be updated with more posts here shortly.
So, just hang in there for now, and always remember that if you really want to write and get a post in, that you may write in another thread as an npc, or use the Astral Realm to write out a dream sequence with your character.
I'll kick Shay, though, and get this ball rollin' again. ^_^

Yea, but even so, I shouldn't be posting again before everyone else has had a chance to.
Also, as the acting leader of the base, I should be given the last place in the post order anyway. I'm responding to their advances, not the other way around.
