I realized I had never myself answered this.

Used to be t-shirt and boxers every night, but most nights since I’ve been in my new apartment it’s been naked because I heard it like boosts your self image.

Jury’s still out on if it’s working

Fully clothed. I don't need people walking in or something happening (like a fire) and people seeing all my jibblies. I don't want to be the source of someone's PTSD lol
