What mechanics system does it use? Sounds like Shadowrun. XD

It uses, uh...it's a d20 system at its base, sort of pieced together from a bunch of other systems. Kind of like Shadowrun, from my brief reading of it, but less...less silly and dark all the time.

I was asking more the format. I used Shadowrun because most people know Shadowrun over the d6 (sometimes also called Dice Pool) system it uses.
