Gildarts doesn't kill people when he can help it then again when has that ever been?
If they are defeated he lets them blast off like team rocket or ambiguously disappear to hopefully change (as villains in the anime)

Bendy will kill just about anyone that isn't part of the Golden Alliance. He actually sees them as friends subconsciously.

Tamsin has no intentions of killing anyone, if she can avoid it. She also presently isn't familiar with the concept of banishment, though even if she was, it's not something she would want to do.
While she might make an exception for particularly egregious individuals, those will be specifically noted if relevant.

The Sage doesn't kill people on a whim. Unless they make threats or something like that he'll just defeat and move on. If they make a stink about getting revenge or something like that though or are otherwise threatening to do something awful to people if spared, he will kill them if the choice is put before him.
Sage is very concerned with public appearance, so he will probably only kill people who are across the board agreed to be evil. Illidan is probably across that line, but I don't think anyone else is right now. (Cell and Enel are definitely close though.)
