Oh hey. Patch 5.4 drops the 10th for the WoW players. Supposed to bring a raid where we can kill Garrosh. It's gonna be awesome.

I just picked up FF14. It's SO much like WoW it isn't even funny. It has an almost identical mini map, quests, keyboard/mouse controls, warp that's like a hearth stone, and you can jump.
I JUST got a card for WoW, good thing I didn't use it...cuz so far FF14 is awesome xD. It's everything I wanted for FF11 and more.

I'm waiting for this MMO called Wildstar. I've been following the dev since Frisco pointed me to it a few months back.
As it stands, it'll be the only MMO I've spent money on, so I'm hoping it winds up being as fun as it looks.

FF:ARR gets less like WoW the higher level you get. It's been quite a lot of fun so far.

I still can't make myself play an MMO for long. I just don't have the time, or attention span, to devote to one game enough to make an MMO worth it. Even when they're free. >.>

As a rule, I hate MMOs. Most of y'all already know this.
As for what I'm playing? ...Nothing.
I occasionally get pressganged into Dark Souls or BL2, but there isn't really anything that grabs my attention anymore. Either I've become jaded or games are just of a generally shit caliber lately.
I'm more inclined to play with friends (ie: SR3, Civ5, etc) for the social aspect, and then I'll actually find the game entertaining, but I'm pretty burned out on most games and much less inclined to 'give them a chance' anymore.

I'm... well, my wife is having a lot of contractions at the moment. The 11th is her inducing date, if she even makes it that far. I've been lucky to have times when I can write roleplays, recently. So, I'll have to decline for now.
