Everyone spawns at the fountain...also....may i point you towards this:
Because several individuals have Vita Compasses, know what he looks like, and the rough area where he'll be, I'm pretty sure he counts as High Profile.

I am the one who killed smith, I stabbed him, I killed him with help from my friends. The fact that there is even this challenge at all is super petty, especially since its due out of some animosity towards Sasuke.
But...In all seriousness, I will be waiting for anyone who has the nerve to stand up against my friend. Blood will have blood and If anyone was thinking standing against him to think carefully about whether or not you feel like dying today.

Theres still the technicality that him spawning at the fountain isn't a guarantee, and if you were to just-now include that into the saga rules that would be unfair.

Im pretty sure it's been stated that they'd spawn back in the Nexus and the fountain is said spawn point. But that's just my two cents.. pence.. whatever.

He either gets the 72 hour invisibility due to spawning back at the fountain, or he gets by on a technicality.
