I've been checking ARK out, and it does seem pretty neat. I've been looking for a multiplayer game, and I quite fancy the idea of forming a nomadic tribe of Raptor-riders. I'll pick it up when it next goes on sale.

So fucking done with this game. Someone kited a Giga through my base and killed the majority of my shit. This isn't worth my time when it took me 3 hours to tame one fucking bear.

D: Was that on a PvP server? Those are a lot less fun than PvE, although I'll admit that PvE can get boring waaay fast if you're not into homestead building and nonstop dinosaur hunting/taming. (I haven't played in forever though so things might be different, became distracted with writing/school/sleeping and then just kind of... bluh)

It's was PVE. That's the kicker. All of my hard work on my home and taming those dinosaurs is gone. Yeah they added bears. They're absolutely monsters at gathering and my level 27 could kill a level 10 rex no problem.
