I'll run my ideas by the community sometime after Christmas so we can see where the interest is at.
As I've mentioned before, I'm all for utilizing the same theme (albeit with modifications based off of 'data' from last year), but if that happens, I wouldn't be the host. I'd be in there with Sinestro, and we'd be killing all of you.

Guys, while I admire your enthusiasm, isn't it kind of early to be talking about this? I mean, it isn't even 2016 yet. >_> And presuming the event does happen, chances are good that it's at least another half a year away. Frankly, entire events could take place in that amount of time.
I don't want to be a killjoy, but I just don't see much point in hyping up (a potential) DA at this point. At least wait until after New Year's.

I heard a bunch of talk about it being a sort of 'doubles'-type event (where two people are forced to survive while strapped to each-other). I know Sauce-K was thinking of something like the Chuunin Exams, where people are trying to get through several stages of finding shit/fighting eachother/overcoming obstacles.
I feel the general consensus from the last DA'15 was that it seemed a bit too random, but people still liked the competitive element. So how are we gonna have DA'16 go down with that in mind?
It's a death match mate, the randomness makes it amazing. I mean who doesn't like pepsiman and furbees?

Just a heads up, I rarely posted twice in any given thread during the event. (And I did okay... =P!)
If you can manage a post every couple of days you can get by. Also, I dunno what it is about the event, but you are literally hanging by the edge of your seat with every post that hits the site. The hype is so unreal that honestly, you'll find yourself eager and wanting to get a posts up. Its just a lot of fun. Please join! You won't regret it Ed!

It's never to early to rattle the cages of my prey. No one's going to focus on Retane, ever. It's fuggin genocide to even think such things.
What happen's when you step in DA against Retane? You bite off a little more then you can chew. You'd take so much damage and you have to be able to rebound and keep and maintain that "Gung-ho" attitude throughout it all.
I can write with the best of 'em and am infamous for being able to write a pretty decent story.
Add that with my knowledge, skill and 'Just don't give a fuck attitude' that I'm known for, as well as my ability to come up with a decent strategy... Yeah, like I said, boosted ego or not, you all know that I'd wreck your chances of ever coming in top 10.
