Everyone starts out in a pitch black area, with Omni telling them where they are. After this, the darkness fades and turns to white and then they are in the nexus.
As for your physical description, I'm going to need you to expand upon it. I know it can be a little hard, but this is a role playing website and It'll help anyone that decides to write with you in the future.
Some of the other Joining applications that are for Original characters will be especially helpful because they will allow you to see how other people have described their characters

Okay, before we proceed, I have to ask, you've only spent around 2500 of your starting 5000 OM is there anything else that you want? I would suggest physical Strength proficiency because you said your character was a martial artist, and without the physical strength proficiency your punches and kicks aren't going to be very effective.
Also, something I missed in your history, but you have the introduction scene wrong. This is the introduction that every prime goes through
