You should probably take another look at the ranks then, Omni has been updating them to include what sort of things each rank has permissions to do.

I'm not the official say on anything here, that role would be Omni's. But, as I have been thinking about it, I don't think we need any more angels at the moment. If the current staff all feel comfortable with keeping their statuses as Angels then we probably only need to worry about taking on Cherubs and Sprites.
But again, this is just how I see it and Omni will always have Final say on this matter.

I agree. You have pages in a row of untouched Move Approval requests, and sometimes, for one reason or another, certain requests get skipped for up to 10 pages or more.

I'm more or less just putting my two cents in here. I feel as though, as current things stand, I am not familiar enough with the omniverse to be anything above a sprite, not to even mention how green I am to the site. Even then, at this present moment in my life, I don't feel as though I can devote the time necessary to be a good Moderator/Staffer.
However.
I would like to express my interest in becoming one in the future. The system for creating moves and characters and pretty much the inner workings of the omniverse in general have pretty much enraptured me. In my spare time during school, I find myself creating characters, moves, and even possible quest lines that will probably never actually see the light of day on this site, other than perhaps Neal's Wax Museum. Even at work, I pretty much just daydream about possible moves and plots, and wonder about you guys in general.

*ahem* Anyways, yeah, that's pretty much it. I just want to help this site and be a part of it for many stories to come, because you guys are pretty great. :awesome: *thumbs up* I just don't think it's something I'm ready for with the way things are right now.

Sooo, I'm im lurking around on the omniverse pretty often, in fact, sometimes too often, losing some sleep during the weekday and avoiding the homework I have due the next day. Because of this, I will be able to see and keep track of a lot of things, especially since half the time I am here I'm doing nothing besides lurking :ninja: , and having such responsibilities can allow me something to do while I lurk(unless im sleeping in on the weekend :roll: ).
Secondly, I believe I have decent handle on rules and the workings on the omniverse, maybe not enough to be an angel(i have to say some of those moves are extremely complicated :ohno: ) but enough so that I can accomplish the basic cherub duties like fortnightlies, typos, etc. Perhaps in a few months or so, I'll apply for a promotion(and a raise :waggle: ) but for now I would be satisfied with these duties.

Just putting my two cents in the matter
I think this is a very good idea that would let the entire system be way more efficient and so that things get done in time. The problems that the site is experiencing now(probably move backups and etc.) will not be common since Staff had so much more to do in the past (reading for IC rule breaks, grading quests/fights, editing OM, approving new rookies, etc.). This new system would work wonders and would defiantly lighten the load of staff.
TL;DR This system is good, things will be much better like this

I have the time, I would not mind being a Sprite and work on the most backed up area of the forum exceptional posts and quests.
But I would want some kind of guideline for exceptional posts first to have an idea of what should actually pass so I don't feel so bad on disapproving topics.
