Hey folks, I'll be running point on this particular segment of Dark Data. All of my updates will still go through Nebula for approval, but I'll be your main point of contact for issues/questions regarding updates.

At some point in the next couple OOC days we'll get an update with the Koopas at Wendy Garrison as well as an update with the Nebula army (for those who opted that route instead).
The next BIG update will be Friday, so you have until Thursday at 11:59pm EST to make at least one post to move onto the next phase. You can post as much as you want, but if you're participating in this verse's battle, then I need at least one this week to get you in.

Wait, so the Ashen Blades are fighting with the darklings? The nebula representive told Renji they'll be fighting against the Koopas, was that a typo or the actual intent?
I'm just asking for clarity.

The Ashen Blades will be assisting Nebula. More of an allies of convenience thing than best buds, but we will be largely helping the bad guys.

Since we only really talked about the Koopa side: If anyone on Nebula's side needs a place to roleplay until the update in a couple days, I envision that a good hub for Nebula would be one of the Koopas' old forts that have been taken over.

They are just hitting them with small strikes for now, to keep them defending. The main siege/battle for Wendy's hasn't started yet.

Wendy Garrison is the last above-ground stronghold remaining. All the others are taken. Behind Wendy Garrison is the main entrance to the cave system where the bulk of the Koopa Kingdom lies. If Wendy's falls, then it'll be rough going for the rest of the kingdom.

I've got a thing tonight so the update may or may not be this evening. If it is not, then it will definitely be tomorrow. It shouldn't be terribly long or involved, I just kinda forgot I had a thing tonight. A thing that will probably not leave me sober.

I sent an update to Nebula, so we should see it officially posted it when he approves it.
@Miranda: Can you explain exactly what you created? A big siege weapon?
Here are pictures of the Darklings and the Darkloid. The Darkloid and Bowser are both behind their respective forces watching the battle from afar. Darklings are scattered among the army, as well as protecting the big guy.

pretty much. small fortress with legs. four weapon emplacements at its midsection salvaged by old a1 abrams tanks with each of them pointing north, south, east, west. Atop of it is a more powerful artillery piece for long range harrassment.

I'm still kind of working this as an over-arching story, so no, I wasn't going to treat it like a PvP fight. You can totally get with Nebula and figure something else out above my pay-grade, if you want. I'm just kinda moving the story along.

If I activate my pill items now will they last for the entirety of the siege?
Also do we only have 1200 words total to work with or is it just that no one post can go over 1200?
