At least I didn't get my ass kicked by a prepubescent kid in tights. It took a team of master fighters and a goddamn mutant swordsman to take me down, and only because I was a little busy summoning armageddon to then punch in the face.

The entire Omniverse? I think that would be the LAW, Shang (maybe), and Ditto. I think Gilgamesh is pretty content with just the Dunes, but he might be on the list too. Maybe Magus, but I think his goal isn't conquest so much as power.
