I'll buy a paperback copy for the first 3 people who want one but can't afford it, and a Kindle copy for the first 5 people who want that instead.
People getting the Kindle version just gotta send me their email (I think). Physical copies will involve me either sending it to an Amazon Locker thinger or if you're comfortable with it I can send it to your address or PO box or wherever you want I guess? Post here to claim it so everyone knows what's been claimed and then PM the details.
