Chara even though she would help you, she would need some sort of compensation such as a safe haven to be fully interested with this group, though she would clash with some people at times, she would also work alone. if you feel this is an ok thing we can speak more. ill show some interest in this mabey

Well to be specific Chara would work best in The Acolyte branch as she really is not a person who would fit with the Security, or unity or even equality but she fits into parts of the group.
