I work with a guy named Niko. The sheer ridiculousness of how elaborately I set things up to get him to click on a link that is either masked or redirects/etc to 'Niko it's your Cousin' is staggering.

...He's either going to kill me or himself someday.

I'm not ashamed to say that I lost it when I read that.

Re: What'choo Jam To - Thaal Sinestro - 07-05-2015

I have many Goals today.

Got hit with a really really heavy blow today. recovery was difficult. Sometimes I need a song that will help me turn my feelings into positive movement. Today this song helped.

The driving beat, the firm and confident statements, the reassurance of the words. It is a powerful track on a day like today.

I feel like it's apt that I'm gonna have to ditto what Ditto said. I agree with 90% of this, and the rest is only because I haven't heard of it.

Re: What'choo Jam To - Jack Frost - 07-07-2015

I Honestly used to be into all the Punk stuff but i've taken a break and started listening to alternative and grunge rock.

Example: Arctic monkeys, Nirvana(always have, always will), The black keys, Blink-182, The killers, The strokes, Death cab for cutie, Modest mouse, 21 pilots. You name it.

Also throwing in some Tyler the creator because his lyrics are deep.

Re: What'choo Jam To - Proto Man - 07-08-2015

To me, most of those are more so indie-ish bands, Jack.

You need some more STP, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Soundgarden in your life if you want some 'legit grunge.'

When I listen to music (on the train, on the bus, when I'm cleaning), it's usually random stuff that spans several decades and genres. I do the majority of my writing to video game OSTs (instrumentals), although I occasionally do mix in the Megas (great band). When I'm at the gym, I stereotypically listen to angry music. A lot of that Nu Metal stuff that was popular when I was in middle school (Limp Bizkit, Korn, Slipknot, y'know) mixed in with some guitar-heavy classics like Iron Maiden.

Re: What'choo Jam To - Thaal Sinestro - 07-08-2015

Wardruna is my current "focus and do stuff" band.

Gildart's latest post inexplicably has a link to "Volbeat" which is like a Metallica type of band. They're pretty alright!

Re: What'choo Jam To - Dean Winchester - 07-11-2015

Takes awhile to start but worth it, these two guys are awesome.

Welcome to the highway ladies and gents.

GAH! now I have to sign up to listen to it! Which I probably will... just because it is called Deans playlist.
