Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Thaal Sinestro - 06-03-2015

I don't see why we wouldn't pay out to mercenaries. More power means more control, and more control means a better world. So definitely we can pay you guys!

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-04-2015

Unlike some Factions, there is no rank or hierarchy in the LAW. Under the LAW, all men and women are equals, and as long as the rules are followed, no one need worry about another telling him or her what to do.

This is pretty much a means to keep the plethora of folks with god-complexes from constantly trying to backstab each other for the top spot.

Rather than one guy or gal making all the rules, we'll each have a "domain" or area of interest in which we exercise full control, within the limits stated in our mission statement.

My goal would be to rule over a verse. I'm not picky. Would you aid in facilitating this goal?

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-04-2015

I would, as I hope you would aid me in my goals.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Guu - 06-04-2015

Have fun being stuck in the Dunes with both characters Sasuke. :troll:

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-04-2015

@ Guu: Nah. Members of the LAW are free to pursue other ventures outside of our overarching goal.

And besides, it's only a matter of time before we bring The LAW to the Green.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Gildarts - 06-04-2015

I actually considered the interesting dynamic that Gildarts would find himself in the middle LAW but unable to figure out that they were bad guys.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-04-2015

That would make sense. While we use extreme methods, once we take rule, the populace's lives will be safer and, over all, better. You might not even notice the slight tinge of fear in their eyes, or the almost robotic way they go about their lives.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Illidan Stormrage - 06-04-2015

I'd have Illidan join, but he's simply too conceited to work for someone else UNLESS he planned to usurp them one day.

That and most of them don't actually percieve themselves to be doing bad things; they're doing bad things for the right reasons. WE'RE HEROES, BIG DAMN HEROES

I mean, I fully expect his to devolve into Super Villain Fight Club. We're gonna be fighting each other as much as we fight anyone that steps up to us, we will just reform and stick together after we all have our pissing-contests in the sandbox. So long as Illidan can suck it up when he loses to somebody at some point and come back to the group, a plan to try and usurp things isn't just expected, I think it's ENCOURAGED. How much more fun and dramatic will it be if there's all these WWE style backstabbings and turn arounds and shit?

Please pass by the Ashen Steppes for a little visit in my Base(Coming Soon) on your way to the Greens!

I think the Burning Steppes could use a little LAW. It's small enough, too.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Violet - 06-04-2015

Bad guys doing bad things? *strokes beard*

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-04-2015

@ Illidan: I'd honestlly prefer Link to join in, if we can work out IC stuff that happens that would darken Link's view of the world.

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Gildarts - 06-08-2015

Can my secondary join? He's a bamf

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Ganondorf - 06-08-2015

Re: The Lords of the Arid Waste [Faction] - Gildarts - 06-08-2015
