Dudes a freakin badass monster-hunter. He's a really cool character with a shit ton or history and lore surrounding him. Could be a very cool character if played well.

For some reason, I feel the need to mention that in the current canon, it's generally accepted that there are at least two Mewtwo's. I can see why, from a meta perspective, we wouldn't want another one to pop up, but it certainly wouldn't break the Omniverse more than somehow having two Lopunny's, or Lucario's.

The reason They wouldn't allow someone to join as Mewtwo is because he's a site NPC . Even if there are two in the Canon.

I want the God Damn SAINT OF KILLERS from the Preacher comic series.
This mother fucker is one of my favorite characters ever. He's essentially the grim reaper if the grim reaper was a BADASS.
After a life if essentially killing everyone, he finds a lady who lives good, he calms the fuck down and marries (despite having never cared about those kinds of things before; she made him happy somehow) and has a daughter. They get sick as hell, and he had to go to town to get medicine. On the way back, he's out running a snow storm and making good time. Some ass holes show up to try and kill him. They only slow him down long enough that he's caught in the snow storm, and his wife and kid die. SUPER ANGER. But he dies because of the storm.
So he goes to hell, and he just starts KILLING HIS WAY DOWN. Now the current reaper has been doing this whole "death" thing side the dawn of time, and he's getting kinda tired our it. So him and Satan work it out, and this dude agrees to become the new reaper if he gets a chance to avenge his wife and kids.
They forge him a colt out of the Reaper's Fucking Scythe, which never runs out of bullets, never misses, and always kills. It's Pretty Fucking Sweet.
So he SHOOTS THE DEVIL, auto killing him, and then SHOOTS THE ANGEL OF DEATH.
