This is a minor change I had to make to the Revolution templates, but I updated the jQueries and the jScript versions that it was calling so if you notice anything acting out of the ordinary please let me know. It seems to have corrected the problem I was hoping it would fix with collapsing and expanding forums, so we're good so far.
Reminder: For most java changes to populate on your browser you gotta clear cache and cookies so that the server can send you the proper files. I know it's a pain to do, but as I tweak and fix things some of the minor problems people have been reporting might have already been fixed, you just need to do this step.

I've added the following clarifying statement to the OOC Rules of Conduct that I hope will make it clear what the chatbox should and should not be used for.

Rape, sexual assault, and anything related to that, remains -- as it always has -- zero tolerance on ANY Omniverse platform. I'm a high school teacher, and I have to delete various distasteful memes from my Google Classroom all the time. I had a class of 24 boys and 4 girls that was 100% dick, cock, ass, gay, and rape jokes for much of the year that I had to frequently deal with to the point where I just started having to have really awkward parent-teacher conference on the topic of "Your son likes to tell his friends that he's going to rape-fuck their mouths" in my class.
So let's just stop. I don't mind or care what you do on your private discords, but it's the staff and my responsibility to control what goes on here, on official platforms. You'll be temporarily banned if you violate these rules. This counts as your warning post.
If you have any complaints, questions, or concerns, take them to me.

I have updated the Coruscant Quests with some new story ideas and made some of the rewards more current with our new system. We don't give flat OM anymore, but we did try to make the quests and rewards more fluid based on what actually happens.
The biggest change is that the unique quests can only be completed once, but will spawn at least one new quest based on the content of the thread, hopefully making the world a bit more organic.

Fishman Island has gone completely radio silent following Rapture shutting their doors. An update to the Vasty Deeps information thread was done, adding the following to FI: "Fishman Island is currently off-limits following a week-long radio silence. Anyone wanting to approach this location needs to contact the Storyteller department first."

An FAQ has been added to the Coruscant Information thread (Link -> http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=17) to provide you with a stupid amount of information about Coruscant.
I also did some tweaks to the first post of the Info Thread. I added images for the Tiers and adjusted some language (nothing radical, mostly just 'modernizing').
I think I'll still take another in-depth look at the Info Thread at some point this summer.

Doubled the size of the existing Omniverse Timeline, not only 'bringing it up to present' (that part's not done, I still need to reach out and do a little more probing around) but also incorporating additional historical information/historical bits that have become known since the last extensive timeline update.

After speaking with Alex, he and I came to an agreement that the size requirement for the Area Attack and Area Defense proficiencies seemed a little too small. So we decided to update the size requirement to 5ft instead of 3ft.

While the strength of wider attacks are diluted, or require more energy, they are very useful for dealing indiscriminate damage to a wider area and catching swift opponents.
Area Defense Proficiency – 400 OM (Example move)
Allows you to create defensive moves that cover your entire person or are five feet in diameter or wider, such as a shield that covers an entire group of people, or wider still. Combined with the Healing power, this can also create area healing effects. Of course, the wider the effect, the more diluted the power, but such moves are nonetheless extremely handy. One cannot have shields that provide extra benefit against a particular element.
These have not been updated in the rules yet, but that will be done ASAP

I've relocated the laundry list of sample moves and super moves to the Join Forum, where more staffers than just me can populate that list as they see fit. There is a link to that thread in the Moves page.
I've also removed an example Super Utility called 'Ice Prison' that let people imprison someone for 40 seconds as a T1 super utility. I'm going to ask on avoiding any sort of full-scale immobilization supers, because they're just... not 'fun' in the context of a creative writing website and could create 'issues' (I freeze you in ice with my last post, you have no SP and get frozen, but I'm judged to lose [how do you even rectify that without it seeming silly]). I know that's just one hypothetical, but I'd rather just nip it before that seeps into 'the meta'. I believe there was only one real move based on this, and I'll talk to that person.

Messing with CSS to fix some of the template style issues that cropped up from updating. You might be seeing blue text and or white text on white, depending on the Theme you're using. This is temporary and will be resolved ASAP. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Since being able to sell back purchases you've not used has been a more-or-less de facto rule for some time, I thought I'd cut out the approval requirement for less staff approval required. New text in updates.php:
"You may sell back purchases for in return for half of the OM you paid for them. Full refunds will be granted on any non-consumables that have been purchased in the last week, and you do not need approval for this - if you do not meet the criteria, you may also make your case on the Help Desk and we may approve a full refund. To do so, use this form:"
