If you resell everything a character has before you swap, does the extra Omnilium count towards the amount the character you're swapping to gets?
In addition to that question, how would one calculate the swap deduction/how much they would have for a char they are swapping to?

Selling doesn't increase your Earned OM, so no.
The formula is on the rule page, under Character Swapping. It is: (current Earned OM-5000)÷2+5000.
Since that's confusing, here's an example: if you have 8000 OM Earned, subtract 5000 OM from that. That leaves 3000 OM. Divide that by 2 and get 1500 OM. Add 5000 and you have 6500 OM after the switch.

You mean shops and such where weapons can be purchased? There may be some restrictions especially on the upper tiers (gun bans and whatnot), but it's allowed.

A legal museum from which Veritas steals armaments? That would probably be okay to do, though I can't think of any museum that would display functional dangerous weapons.

The weapons don't normally work unless a Ranger is wielding them, so stealing them would SEEM to be pointless. However, as a Prime Veritas could make the weapons work. And alright, was just trying to figure out something for him to gain those weapons. You got any ideas?

At this point it might be better to make a thread in the Omniverse Discussion if you want the input of other members. The Omniverse offers a lot of creative freedom regarding how you obtain your moves; the museum would be just as good a method as any, I suppose - though keep in mind that raiding or stealing from a place like that will no doubt get a bounty on your head.

Nothing canon, but probably. We leave a LOT of the Verses fluid so people can insert things for their own writing.
