I would like to apologize for the delay in getting the final judgement up. Holidays hit me unexpectedly had this year with some emotional drama and left me with precious little time at all, much less where I was in a stable mindset to think rationally and go about assigning numbers and scores for things. That said, I am working on it and will get it done with all due haste, with any luck by the end of next week. I'll keep y'all posted.

Also question. To what extent can LAW destroy and do what it wants with Nippur? Is it just the OM cost of repairs or can they do more?
