Ok sooo.... Ive read the rules and I think understand it... But i need to make sure i got this right.
Lets say after I hit level 10, I decide I kind of want 2 Porwered up Forms: Regular bipedal looking one and one that makes him pretty much look like Porunga( Big assed Namekian Dragon Ball Dragon for those that dont know).
Now obviously the bipedal Ultra Namek aint a probelm.
But I feel I should double check on the Porunga style. Obviously I would need Growth (800), but the part I'm uncertain with, is if I just purchased UNS as my powerup(2000) as well as Alternate Form(2000) and Growth, would that Give me UNS as well as Porunga form? For a total of 4800 This is right yes?

Yes if you were making the Porunga form a alternate form and not a Powered up form. at least that is what I got from your question's wording.

So when a member is banned, even if they were staff, should players get everything they approved re-approved, or not?

No, consider them still approved in this case.
